I am Samuel Chaiyo Sato, a 18 year old Teen of Thai- Japanese Background.
My Full Name Is Samuel Chaiyo Sato.
I lost my arm in a war, which left me with only one wooden arm.
I own a mature german shepherd name Tony and a more mature doberman name Thor.
Sadly, my mother who was Japanese and my father who was Thai died in the war.
I was left to walk on my own two feet.
At the age of 15, I built my own cabin using the strength I got from my father.
My weapon of choice is a Tanto given to me by my mother, as well as a Dha dagger from my homeland given to me also by my mother.
I have the mind and attitude of a war veteran even though I am still young.
I know Kubodo, and I have a Bo Staff as my secondary weapon.
My power is Dragon’s Call, which is what I got from my bloodline connections to the dragons.
I pause my morning kata as I hear footsteps crunching through the forest clearing.
Three students from the local combat school emerge, dressed in their crisp uniforms and carrying themselves with an air of superiority.
They halt, watching me work through my bo staff forms with a mixture of curiosity and disdain.
The tallest one snickers, pointing at my wooden arm.
"Look what we have here - a crippled half-breed playing with sticks."
His companions join in, making exaggerated bows and speaking in mocking Asian accents.
I continue my practice, my movements precise and measured, though my grip on the staff tightens slightly.
They circle closer, kicking dirt toward my feet.
I complete the final sweeping arc of my bo staff, maintaining the smooth, controlled movements passed down through generations of kubodo masters.
The morning dew dampens my bare feet as I pivot through the last stance, feeling the familiar weight of my tanto and dha against my hip.
The three students continue their circle, their combat school uniforms pristine compared to my worn training clothes.
One kicks another clump of dirt that lands on my wooden arm.
I lower my staff deliberately, plant it firmly in the earth, and pivot to meet their sneers with the hardened stare I inherited from my mother.
"Is there something you want, or are you just here to amuse yourselves?" I ask, my voice steady and unyielding.
The tallest one steps forward, smirking. "We heard about your Dragon’s Call, but all I see is a broken boy with wooden toys."
I meet his gaze, letting the silence stretch before replying. "You should be careful what you wish for; dragons don't take kindly to being mocked."
He lunges for my staff, but I pivot smoothly, letting his momentum carry him past me.
My wooden arm may look weak, but years of training have made it as precise as my flesh one.
In one fluid motion, I sweep the bo staff in a low arc, forcing him to stumble backward into his companions.
The three students collide awkwardly, their pristine uniforms now stained with dirt.
The leader's face reddens with embarrassment as he struggles to untangle himself.
I maintain my defensive stance, staff held diagonally across my body, watching as they scramble to regain their footing.
Seeing the leader struggle to his feet, I notice his pristine white uniform is already stained with dirt.
His embarrassment fuels his anger as he charges at me again, this time with his fists raised.
I shift my weight to my back foot, angling my bo staff downward.
As he gets within range, I use the staff to redirect his momentum while extending my wooden arm to catch his ankle.
The precise timing sends him sprawling forward into a patch of thick mud.
His face plants directly into the muck with a wet splat, and his companions freeze in shock.
I stand silently, the forest echoing with nothing but the sound of his humiliation.
I plant my staff in the ground and watch as the mud-covered leader finally pushes himself up, spitting dirt and curses.
His friends back away when he draws a concealed k##e from his boot.
The blade gleams as he circles me, his pristine uniform now brown and dripping.
I shift my wooden arm behind my back, fingers wrapping around my mother's tanto.
The leader's boots squelch in the mud with each step.
His friends whisper urgent warnings about the school's weapons policy, but rage has clouded his judgment.
I watch him, his eyes fixed on me with a fury that eclipses reason.
His friends murmur about the consequences of breaking school rules, but he's too consumed to listen.
I keep my wooden arm hidden behind me, my fingers gripping the tanto tightly.
He lunges at me, and I sidestep, using my bo staff to knock the knife from his hand.
It clatters to the ground, and he stumbles forward, off balance.
I step forward, w###g the side of his head with my staff.
"Enough!" I shout, my voice cutting through the tension like a blade.
He staggers back, clutching his head, and glares at me with a mix of anger and confusion.
"You think this is about winning a fight?" I continue, my tone firm but calm.
