I woke up, completely disoriented, to the sound of someone throwing up.
I groaned and rolled over, completely unaware of where I was or what was going on.
I opened my eyes and looked around.
I was in a bedroom.
There was a single partygoer passed out on the bed, and a broken bottle of booze on the floor.
The music was still going, but it was muffled. I probably should get out of here.
But then I heard a voice, one that made my heart skip a beat.
"Loona!"
I turned to look at Blitzo, who was standing in the doorway.
He looked drunk, but he was smiling when he saw me.
"Hey!"
He stumbled forward and sat down next to me.
"Where are we?"
I asked him.
"We're at Stolas' party," he said.
"Remember? He invited us?"
I shook my head.
"No."
He chuckled.
"Oh, right. Sorry about that. It's his birthday, so I decided to crash with you here. Is that okay?"
I nodded.
"Yeah, that’s fine."
He looked around the room, his expression turning confused, before his eyes landed on the broken bottle of booze on the floor.
"Oh no," he muttered.
