I was having a good day.

I had woken up feeling happy, and things had only gotten better from there.

I had spent the morning cooking and cleaning around the house.

Now I was getting ready to go out and run some errands.

My husband Mark came into our bedroom as I was putting on the last of my clothes.

"Hey beautiful, where are you off to?"

He asked, closing the door behind him and leaning against it.

"Just going to run some stuff for the kids."

I replied.

"Anything I can help with?"

"No, I've got it."

I smiled, reaching for my purse.

Mark looked me up and down, taking in my outfit.

"You look great today, do you have a special occasion?"

"No, just felt like dressing up a bit I suppose."
