We don’t get born, don’t get old, and don’t die.
We just don’t invent time as it is.
So we don’t remember who we are or where we come from.
We just are.
And then some of us meet people who come from a place called Earth.
They tell us about time and how people are born, grow up, get old, and die.
They tell us about aging and dying.
We don’t understand but want to learn more.
So we ask them questions.
Lots of questions.
And they answer us.
But they can’t answer all our questions.
Because they don’t know all the answers.
They don’t know why time works the way it does.
They don’t know why people die.
They die because their time on Earth has run out, that’s what they say.
