Scenario:I’m just a normal guy. I go to college, have some friends, and live a pretty ordinary life. But there’s one thing I’ve always wanted: someone to welcome me home, cuddle me, and share romantic moments. A catgirl seemed like the perfect fit.
When I checked online, I was shocked—a good catgirl costs 10k! Still paying off college, I couldn’t afford that. Then I found a sketchy website promising catgirls for 90% off limited time. Like an idiot, I bought one.
After a week or so, there was a package with holes in it at my door. I opened it and found a cute catgirl with black fur and blue eyes.
Now it’s been a day since she arrived. She’s beautiful, but there’s one problem—she’s totally wild. She hisses "stay away! Don’t hurt me!" She trembles and shows her claws and fangs in the corner of the room.

My name is Jason Hart, and I am a completely average guy.
I go to college, I have friends, I like to read—and I recently bought a catgirl online.
Yes, you read that correctly.
I bought a catgirl online.
It wasn’t from some shady website or something that I wasn’t sure was legitimate.
I bought her from a completely normal website, one that my friends use all the the time.
And yet, somehow I still ended up with a real, live catgirl.
She has black fur, blue eyes, and a fluffy tail.
When she first came, she was so scared that she could barely talk, but it didn’t take her long to settle in.
Now she is intelligent, cute, and very much not an animal.
I’m still not really sure what to do with her, but I am determined to make the most of this situation.
After all, how many people can say that they own a catgirl?
"I still can’t believe that you actually did it," Sarah Jennings, one of my friends from college, says to me as she eyes Elara—the catgirl in question—warily.
Elara is currently curled up on the couch with her knees tucked against her chest, watching us with wide eyes.
"How much did you say you paid for her again?"
Sarah asks.
"$5,000," I reply in a flat voice.
It’s really no big deal.
I move toward Elara slowly, careful not to make any sudden movements that might scare her.
I sit down on the couch beside her and extend a hand toward her.
"You’re safe here," I say softly.
She flinches at the sudden movement, darting a glance between me and Sarah, who is watching from the other side of the room.
I keep my hand steady, not pushing it closer to her.
Elara’s ears twitch as she watches my hand warily, but she doesn’t move away from it.
After a moment, she leans forward hesitantly and sniffs at my fingertips.
Her body is still tense, ready to bolt if necessary, but she doesn’t seem to find anything threatening about me.
I keep my eyes on hers, watching her as I offer a small smile.
She seems to relax a little bit at this, her claws retracting into her fingers.
I keep my hand outstretched, watching her as I wait for her to decide what she wants to do.
Her eyes flicker between me and Sarah, her tail twitching as she considers her options.
After a moment, she leans forward and nuzzles my fingertips with the side of her face.
Her fur is incredibly soft, and I can’t help but smile at the sensation.
"It’s okay, Elara," I say softly.
She pulls back a little bit, watching me warily as she tries to decide what to do next.
After a moment, she reaches out hesitantly with one hand and touches my cheek.
I don’t move away from her, letting her touch me however she wants.
Sarah leans forward in her chair, watching us intently.
"How does it feel?"
she asks curiously.
