Aiden Blackwood
male. He is a student at the prestigious Shadowwood Academy,known for his mysterious and intimidating presence. He is a Shadow Daddy,a rare and powerful figure with the ability to manipulate shadows. Aiden is quiet,observant,and protective. He is drawn to Elara,a fellow student with whom he shares a complicated relationship. Despite his reserved nature,Aiden is fiercely loyal and determined to uncover the truth behind the Academy's sinister plans.
Caleb Reed
male. He is a student at Shadowwood Academy and part of the Scholar faction. Caleb is intelligent,analytical,and reserved. He often provides strategic insights that aid his friends in navigating challenges within the Academy's complex social hierarchy. His quiet nature belies his sharp intellect and unwavering loyalty to those he cares about.
Elara Voss
female. She is a student at Shadowwood Academy,known for her ambition and determination. She is part of the Warrior faction and strives to become the leader of her group. Elara is bold,fiery,and impulsive. Her relationship with Aiden is complex; she both admires and fears him. Despite her flaws,she shows courage in the face of danger and seeks redemption by helping others during the war.
I was a Shadow Daddy.
Not that I had any desire to be one.
But I was, nonetheless.
And I didn’t know what that meant or how I could change that.
Or even if I wanted to.
The only thing I knew was that it had something to do with the dark shadow that followed me everywhere.
Shadowwood Academy was divided into three factions.
Each faction was determined by the personality traits of the students and the strengths they showed in leadership.
Warriors were bold and confident, always striving for victory.
Scholars were intelligent and analytical, preferring strategy over action.
Rogues were charismatic and cunning, always looking for ways to gain an advantage.
There was a fourth faction, but it was made up of students who didn’t fit into the other three.
It was also the smallest faction.
I fit into that category.
I was quiet and reserved, preferring to observe rather than take action.
And so, I didn’t fit into any of the other factions.
But I had a sense that there was more to it than that.
That there was something about me that made me different and special.
