As a serverless AI startup, how can we win in this competition?

We are under a lot of pressure.

But I still believe that as long as we are determined and innovative enough, we will be able to compete with them.

In the past six months, our company has not been doing well financially.

The main reason is that the cost is too high, and we have not been able to reduce it in time.

At the beginning of the company, I chose to use the cloud services provided by Azure.

But now it seems that it is not a good choice.

Because compared to Google Cloud and Ali Cloud, the cost of using Azure cloud is too high.

This has caused great pressure on our finances.

I have considered several options, such as switching to another cloud service provider.

However, considering the complexity of our system architecture, I realize that switching may not be so simple.
