Create my version of this story
Zhao Hao
He is a college student majoring in game development. He is curious, ambitious, and determined. Hao discovers a mysterious online game called Glory in 2002, played by a famous virtual player named Chen Yufeng. Intrigued by Chen's skills, Hao creates a fictional story about his adventures in the game. Years later, his novel becomes a bestseller, and he is invited to attend a launch event. In a surprise twist, he meets Chen Yufeng in real life.
Chen Yufeng
He is a professional snail trainer. He is enigmatic, skilled, and humorous. Known for his exceptional gaming skills in the past, Chen took a break from the digital world to focus on raising his son. When Hao's novel featuring his gaming history becomes a hit, Chen reaches out to him. Despite his fame online, Chen leads a quiet, normal life with his wife and son in a suburban neighborhood.
Luo Jiachen
He is Chen Yufeng's best friend and virtual partner in the online game Glory. He is supportive, witty, and adventurous. Known for his clever gameplay strategies, Luo was one of Chen's key allies in their virtual endeavors. Although he passed away before Hao knew of him, Luo was instrumental in the development of Chen's gaming history that inspired Hao's novel.
In 2002, when I was still a kid, I played an MMORPG called Glory with my friends.
At that time, it was already an old game with a dwindling population.
However, it was still popular among some die-hard fans who formed their own communities.
Among them, there was a player named Chen Yufeng.
He was extremely skilled at the game and had formed a legendary duo with another player named Luo Jiachen.
Their teamwork was so amazing that they could defeat other teams even when they were at a disadvantage in terms of equipment and numbers.
Chen Yufeng was like a ghost; he could come and go without being detected.
Luo Jiachen, on the other hand, was like a demon; he could kill enemies like they were nothing.
Together, they were unstoppable in the game.
At that time, I thought that Chen Yufeng must be a professional gamer.
Little did I know that he was actually a professional snail trainer in real life.
I didn't know Luo Jiachen in real life either, but I knew that he died before I even knew him.
After watching their games for a while, I started to imagine what kind of adventures they would have if they were in other games.
So, I wrote a story about them playing other games and overcoming challenges.
I sit at my desk, staring at the blinking cursor on my screen.
The words flow naturally as I describe Su Mucheng's character in my novel - her grace, her skill with the Battle Mage class, and her unwavering loyalty to Ye Xiu.
My fingers pause over the keyboard as I consider how to proceed.
Should I follow the typical path of a platonic partnership between them, or should I take a different route?
The cursor blinks faster, urging me to make a decision.
Suddenly, an idea strikes me.
I start typing furiously, the words flowing like a river.
"Su Mucheng had always been a dedicated player. She spent countless hours honing her skills and perfecting her technique. But there was one thing that she couldn't quite master - her relationship with Ye Xiu. They had been playing together for years, but she couldn't help but feel drawn to him. She tried to brush it off as mere admiration for his skills, but deep down, she knew that it was more than that. One night, as they were training late into the night, Su Mucheng found herself alone with Ye Xiu in the game. They were both exhausted from their long practice session, but they couldn't seem to tear themselves away from each other."
I continue typing furiously, the words pouring out of me like a flood.
"Su Mucheng leaned in closer to Ye Xiu, her heart racing with anticipation. She could feel his warm breath on her skin, and she couldn't help but shiver with desire. She reached out and touched his arm, feeling the muscles tense beneath her fingertips." "Ye Xiu looked down at her hand on his arm and smiled.
He reached up and gently brushed a strand of hair behind her ear.
Su Mucheng closed her eyes and let out a soft moan as he touched her face.
She felt his lips on hers before she even realized what was happening.
She opened her eyes and looked up at him, surprised by the intensity of his gaze.
He pulled away from her and looked down at his hands.
"I'm sorry," he said softly.
"I didn't mean to do that."
Su Mucheng shook her head and smiled.
"It's okay," she said.
"I wanted you to."
Ye Xiu looked up at her again and smiled back.
"Really?" he asked.
Su Mucheng nodded and leaned in closer to him once more.
"Yes," she whispered into his ear.
"I've wanted you for so long."
"Really."
I sit back in my chair and look at the words on the screen.
The cursor is no longer blinking, and I feel a sense of satisfaction wash over me.
I save the document and close my laptop, ready to call it a night.
But as I stand up from my desk, I can't help but think about Chen Yufeng and Luo Jiachen.
I remember watching them play together, their movements fluid and precise.
They were an unstoppable duo, taking down opponents with ease.
Their most impressive fight was against the Thunder Guild, one of the strongest guilds in the game.
Chen Yufeng and Luo Jiachen had been ambushed by thirty players at the entrance of the Frost Cave, a notorious dungeon known for its challenging mobs and treacherous terrain.
Despite being outnumbered, they managed to hold their ground against the Thunder Guild's best players.
Chen Yufeng's character darted through the crowd like a ghost, avoiding attacks with ease and striking from unexpected angles.
Luo Jiachen's character, on the other hand, was a force to be reckoned with.
He used his skills to create chaos among the enemy ranks, taking out multiple players at once. As I watch their battle unfold on my screen, I am amazed by their teamwork and strategy.
They work together seamlessly, using their unique abilities to take down their opponents one by one.
It is clear that they have practiced this fight many times before, and their movements are fluid and precise.
Despite being outnumbered, they manage to hold their ground against the Thunder Guild's best players.
Their movements are swift and deadly, taking out enemy after enemy with ease.
The battle rages on for what feels like hours, but eventually, Chen Yufeng and Luo Jiachen emerge victorious.
Their opponents lie defeated at their feet, and they stand triumphant in the midst of the Frost Cave.
As I watch them celebrate their victory, I can't help but feel a sense of awe at their skill and determination.
They are truly a formidable team, and it is clear that they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. My fingers hover over the keyboard as I try to put into words what I just witnessed.
The scene plays out in my mind like a movie - Chen's character weaving through the crowd, his sword slicing through armor like butter; Luo's character unleashing a barrage of spells that leave enemies reeling in confusion.
