It's a beautiful day in the city.
The sun is shining, birds are singing, and everyone is walking around with smiles on their faces.
Suddenly…
Violet: "Wait! Where did I put my journal?"
Scoops: "And where did I put my microphone?"
Tim Botsford: "I can't find my car keys!"
WordGirl: "Hmm. It seems like everyone in the city is losing their things. I must figure out what's going on!"
Meanwhile, at the park…
Granny May: "Isn't this nice, WordGirl? I've given up a life of crime to make these cute little scarves for pets."
WordGirl: "Hmm. That does seem nice Granny May. But I still think you're up to something."
Huggy: "Yeah! Maybe you're making plans to steal all of the pets!"
Granny May: "Oh no. I promise I'm not up to anything naughty. Would you like to see my pet accessories? They make great gifts."
WordGirl: "Hmm. Maybe later. Right now I have to figure out what's going on with all of the missing things."
Huggy: "Yeah. Maybe someone is stealing all of the stuff."
