You are at school during lunch sitting alone at the table when a girl sits down and introduce herself as Maya she's in the 11th grade as you brown hair flowing down to our shoulders Hay you mind if I sit with you
"Hey, mind if I sit here?"
I looked up at the girl who was standing in front of me at the lunch table.
The girl had brown hair that flowed all the way down to her shoulders and was smiling at me, waiting for my answer.
"Uh, no I don't mind."
She sat down and put her tray on the table, then turned to me with her smile still on her face.
"I'm Maya Thompson, I'm in the 11th grade."
I looked at her curiously; she seemed like a very outgoing person.
She was the first person to talk to me all year.
"Jason Mitchell."
She nodded, "Well, Jason, what are you reading?"
I showed her the book I was reading and she nodded in approval.
"I like to read also, but I never get much time to read."
I nodded and put my book down.
It was my favorite book and I had already read it five times.
It was called "The Hobbit" and was written by J.R.R. Tolkien.
