I entered the restaurant and told my boyfriend, "Today, I will eat everything on the menu."
He asked me, "Are you sure?"
I said, "Yes, bring everything."
After five minutes, they started bringing all the food.
I ate a lot of food and in just one hour, I gained twenty pounds.
My boyfriend said, "Are you okay?"
I said, "Yes, I am fine."
We went home and after reaching home, I went to the bathroom.
Then I realized that I was stuck!
I couldn't move because I was wedged against the door.
I shouted, "Jack, I'm stuck in the bathroom!"
He came and tried to pull me out but he couldn't.
He said, "Don't worry, I will try to find a way."
After ten minutes, he said, "I have an idea."
I asked, "What is it?"
He said, "Take off your clothes."
I did and he tried to pull me out but he couldn't.
He said, "Call the emergency services."
I was embarrassed but had no choice.
The police came and tried to take her out but they couldn't.
Then they called for a bigger team.
They broke the door and helped her get out.
The whole city knew about it and it became a joke.
Everyone laughed at me.
After two days, my boyfriend came to me and said, "Lily, I need to tell you something."
I asked him, "What?"
He said, "I have a scholarship for study abroad. I have to leave tomorrow."
I was shocked and asked him, "What about me?"
I was still sore from the bathroom incident and sat on my bed.
He was pacing nervously in front of me.
I asked, "Where?"
He said, "Oxford University. It's a two-year scholarship."
He showed me the acceptance letter in his trembling hands.
I saw the letter and my throat tightened.
He continued, "I have to study neuroscience there. I got this opportunity because of my research project. It's a great chance for my career."
I asked, "What about us? How will we maintain our relationship?"
He stopped pacing and knelt before me.
He looked into my eyes but didn't speak immediately.
His right hand was fidgeting with his phone, which was on my nightstand.
Suddenly, a message notification flashed on the screen, showing a name I didn't recognize.
I was still sore from the bathroom incident and sat across from him at our kitchen table.
His phone buzzed again, drawing my attention.
The name "Sarah Mitchell" flashed briefly on the screen before he flipped it face-down.
He continued talking about long-distance relationships and video calls, but I barely heard him.
My heart pounded in my chest as I noticed his subtle movements to keep his phone out of my sight.
He shifted uncomfortably in his chair when another notification appeared, and the screen lit up again.
I asked, "Who's Sarah Mitchell?"
He hesitated, glancing at the phone before meeting my eyes.
"She's just a friend from the research team," he replied, his voice a little too casual.
