I had just gotten back from a trip to the mall and I was itching to get in a workout.
I loved staying fit and self-improvement was my passion.
As I walked down the street, I noticed a gym that I had never seen before.
It was called "Extreme Fitness."
Out of curiosity, I decided to check it out.
As I entered the gym, I was greeted by the owner, a tall, buff man with a perfect smile.
"Hi there. Welcome to Extreme Fitness. Would you like to sign up for a membership?"
"Yes, that would be great. Thank you!"
He gave me a quick tour of the facility and then led me to his office to finalize the membership.
As we walked, he told me about the different types of workouts that they offered and mentioned one that caught my attention.
They had a special workout that was meant to push one's body to its limits.
It was called the "Extreme Workout."
It consisted of a series of exercises that were meant to be completed in a short amount of time.
The goal was to do as many reps as possible within the time limit.
It sounded like a fun challenge, so I decided that I would give it a try.
I started right away and got straight into my routine.
I began with some light cardio and then moved on to weightlifting.
As I worked out, I could feel myself getting stronger with each rep.
