male. He is Lily's boyfriend who enforces strict rules on her behavior. He is controlling,manipulative,and emotionally abusive. Jack punishes Lily by making her wear diapers when she disobeys him. He takes pleasure in humiliating her and enjoys the power dynamic it creates. Despite his harsh treatment of Lily,he claims to love her but shows little empathy or remorse for his actions.
Mason Brooks
male. He is a stranger Lily meets at a hotel bar after being abandoned by Jack. He is kind,understanding,and supportive. Mason helps Lily by giving her money for a new dress and offering words of encouragement after learning about her situation with Jack. He shows genuine concern for Lily's wellbeing and helps her feel seen and heard during a difficult time.
