Annabeth Chase

female. She is a demigod and daughter of Athena,navigating life at Camp HalfBlood. She is brave,loyal,and determined. Annabeth is a skilled warrior and leader who has faced many challenges alongside her friends Percy Jackson and Grover Underwood. She struggles with her feelings for Percy,fearing the prophecy that foretells her death in battle. Despite this,she remains steadfast in her duties and friendships.

Grover Underwood

male. He is a satyr who serves as a protector of demigods at Camp HalfBlood. He is gentle,caring,and humorous. Grover has been tasked with keeping Percy safe since he was young and has become like a brother to him. His friendship with Annabeth is strong as well,offering support during difficult times.

Percy Jackson

male. He is a demigod and son of Poseidon,known for his bravery and leadership. He is adventurous,loyal,and protective. Percy has saved the world multiple times from various monsters and villains. He shares a deep bond with Annabeth Chase,whom he loves deeply but fears losing due to the prophecy. His relationship with Annabeth is complicated by their shared destiny as heroes.

I was Annabeth Chase.

I was a demigod, daughter of Athena, and I had been living at Camp HalfBlood for a few years now.

It was a place where you could be yourself, without having to worry about monsters trying to kill you because you were the son or daughter of a god.

You could be yourself around people who were just like you.

I shared a cabin with my other friends who were also children of gods.

There was Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, the sea god.

He was my best friend, along with Grover Underwood, who was a satyr.

A satyr is a mythological creature that is half-goat and half-human.

They have horns on their heads and a beard that is made out of grass.

Grover was very gentle and kind.

He served as a protector of demigods when they left the camp until they were safe back at home.

He had been protecting Percy since she was young, and he was like a brother to him.

To me, he was also a very good friend.

We had been through so much together.

We had to fight for our lives against monsters and other villains numerous times.
