I was talking to Foxgirl1 about getting Anna to join in on their cosplay adventure with the other friends.

"Hey Foxgirl1, do you think we can convince Anna to join in on the fun with the other friends?"

I asked her through chat.

"You know I love her to death, and it would be awesome to have her as part of our group!"

She immediately responded with, "Aww I'm so glad you think that way! I was thinking of asking her myself, but I figured why not ask you first. She might be easier to persuade if it's coming from you."

I could tell she was being her usual playful self through the chat.

Even though we were just chatting through text, I could tell she was saying all of this with her bangs covering her forehead and large eyes twinkling with excitement.

I imagined her showcasing her fox ears as she leaned forward in her seat, placing one hand on her hip and the other hand holding a plush toy on her lap.

Her outfit consisted of a tight top that accentuated her hourglass figure and a mini skirt that showcased her toned legs as she crossed one over the other on the park bench.

I pulled out my phone and opened the chat with Anna, placing my fingers over the keyboard as I thought of what to say.

After typing and deleting a few different messages, I settled on one that was casual yet friendly.

"Hey Anna! We're planning this awesome cosplay thing with Lili and the others. Would love to have you join us!"

I added a few emojis at the end, then paused before hitting send.

Through the ambient sounds of the park, I could hear Lili giggling beside me as she peeked at my screen.

She playfully bumped her shoulder into mine and said, "Go on, send it! I'm sure she'll be excited to join us!"

I hesitated for a moment, then pressed send.

Lili glanced at me with a knowing smile and said, "You know, Anna's been wanting to tell you something important."

I raised an eyebrow, intrigued, "Really? What is it?"

My phone vibrated against the wooden bench.

I unlocked it and read Anna's response, "Aww you're too sweet! Maybe we could even get Anna to join us..."

Lili squealed beside me, pressing her body against my arm as she leaned over to read the message.

Her fox ears brushed against my cheek as she rested her head on my shoulder, her tail swishing back and forth across the bench.

The screen showed those three dots again, indicating Anna was typing another message.

Lili fidgeted with her plush toy, gripping it tightly in her hands.

The dots pulsed hypnotically on my screen, the only sound in an otherwise quiet afternoon.

The sun warmed the wooden planks beneath us as we sat on the park bench.

A light breeze rustled the cherry blossom trees, causing pink petals to drift lazily onto our legs.

Lili's perfume wafted over to me as she pressed closer, her manicured fingers gripping my arm as we waited for Anna's response.

Her plush toy lay forgotten in her lap.

Suddenly, a new message preview flashed on the screen, displaying just the first few words before it went completely black.

Lili let out a frustrated whine and shook my arm, "No, no, no! What did she say?"

I fumbled in my bag for the phone charger, finally finding it buried beneath a pile of makeup and snacks.

I plugged it into the portable battery, then carefully connected it to my phone.

Lili bounced impatiently beside me, her tail twitching as we waited for my phone to restart.

The screen flickered back to life, revealing multiple message notifications from Anna.

I opened the chat and scrolled through the messages, stopping at the last one.

It contained a video attachment with a thumbnail that showed Anna in a very revealing outfit.

My cheeks flushed as I quickly locked the screen.

Lili grabbed my wrist, her eyes wide with excitement.

"Wait," she whispered, glancing around the public park.

"Did she just send you what I think she did?"

I nodded, trying to keep my voice steady, "Looks like it."

Lili's eyes sparkled mischievously, "This is huge! You have to watch it."
