I am King Julien, and I am trainer for one of my participants, Wallace, here at my gym, Retro Fitness.
First off, we start off with some normal exercises.
We do bicep curls.
"Come on, Wallace, do those bicep curls.
You got this.
You show off those guns!
Show off those guns!
Come on, come on, do those bicep curls!"
Next, we do tricep extensions.
"Come on now, Wallace, do those tricep extensions.
Over your head, over your head.
Come on, come on, do those tricep extensions!
Show off that butt, bend to the left!
Bend to the left, bend to the right!
Bend to the left, bend to the right!"
Now we move on to shoulder presses.
"Come on now, do those shoulder presses.
Up high, up high!
Shoulder presses, shoulder presses!
Come on now, do those shoulder presses!
Press them right up there above your head!
Come on now, press them right up there!"
We also do some leg lifts.
"Come on now, Wallace, do those leg lifts.
Up high, up high!
Come on now, do those leg lifts!
Show off that butt!
Show off that butt!
Come on now, do those leg lifts!"
Next we do some chest flys.
"Come on now, do those chest flys.
Come on now Wallace.
Do those chest flys!
Press them right out there in front of you!
After Wallace finishes the chest flys, I clap my hands and shout, "Time for leg lifts again, Wallace! Higher, higher! Show off that butt!"
Wallace looks around at the other people in the gym, but I step closer to him and demonstrate with exaggerated enthusiasm.
"Like this, Wallace! Lift those legs! Show them what you've got!"
He chuckles nervously but follows my lead.
I cheer louder, "Higher! Yes, that's it! Feel the burn!"
His legs start to tremble a little bit as he pushes himself further.
I nod approvingly.
"Perfect! Now let's move on to cardio dancing!"
Wallace wipes the sweat from his brow and says, "Julien, I need to tell you something before we start the dancing."
I pause, sensing the seriousness in his tone, and reply, "What's on your mind, Wallace?"
He takes a deep breath and confesses, "I've been training for more than just fitness—I want to join the national dance competition."
I grin, "That's awesome! I'm glad you told me. Now let's get started with the dancing!"
The music changes to a lively beat, and I shout, "Time for some hip action!"
I demonstrate the first dance move—a quick step-touch.
"Come on, Wallace! Follow my lead!"
Wallace follows my movements, his hips swaying slightly as he gets into the rhythm.
Next, we do some hip rolls.
"Time for some hip rolls, Wallace! Come on now!"
Wallace starts to roll his hips in a circle, his movements becoming more confident with each repetition.
"Now, the twist!"
I command, swiveling my hips in a twisting motion.
Wallace follows suit, his hips moving in sync with mine.
We continue with grapevine moves, knee lifts, and side shuffles.
With each dance move, Wallace's rhythm becomes more fluid and natural.
Finally, we reach the grand finale: waving our arms and shaking our butts to my commands of "left, right, left, right."
Wallace grins widely as he matches my energy and enthusiasm.
As the music fades, I catch Wallace's eye and decide to test his dedication.
"Wallace," I call out, my voice echoing through the gym, "I heard you love butts as much as I do."
He looks puzzled but intrigued.
I take a step closer, lowering my voice to a conspiratorial whisper.
"How about a little challenge?"
I turn slightly, offering him a glimpse of my royal derriere.
The room seems to hold its breath, waiting for Wallace's reaction.
Wallace's eyes widen, and he lets out a chuckle.
"Alright, let's see what you've got!"
I clap my hands to the beat of our favorite song, and we position ourselves side by side, ready for the showdown.
I start with a vigorous hip shake, shouting, "Left, right, left, right!"
Wallace mirrors my moves, his grin growing as he matches my rhythm.
The gym echoes with our synchronized steps and laughter.
I throw in an extra twirl, watching Wallace attempt to mimic it with determination.
Wallace laughs, "You're not making this easy, Julien!"
I wink at him, "That's the point! If you can keep up with me, you'll ace that competition for sure."
He nods, a newfound confidence in his eyes, "Then let's make it count—I'm ready to give it everything I've got!"
