My name is Marco.
I am a new student in this school, for kids with superpowers.
I am 11 years old and I can fly!
Two more students came with me.
One is Ava, the 12 year old, who can make anything she wants, but only once a day.
The other is John, the 6 year old, who can turn himself and anything or anyone he is holding to invisible.
But there is something weird about John's power.
He can only turn himself and anything or anyone he is holding to invisible when he is in his underwear.
That's pretty weird if you ask me.
We became fast friends.
We already explored the school from above (I carried them on my back while I was flying), but we didn't find any secrets.
We only found the forbidden library and we want to check it out tonight when everyone will be sleeping.
So that's my story so far.
Let's see what will happen next…
"Hey Marco," said Ava.
"What?"
"I think we should check the forbidden library too."
"Ok, but how are we going to do that?"
She smiled.
"I have an idea. I will create three flashlights and a door key. Then we will be able to see inside the library and to enter it."
"Great idea!"
I exclaimed.
"You are a genius!"
"Thanks," she said.
"We have to be careful though. We don't know what will happen if we enter the forbidden library."
"Don't worry, we will be together," I said.

So we waited for the night to come.
When it was dark outside, we went out of our rooms and into the dark corridors of the school.
We walked quietly so that no one would hear us.
The only sound you could hear was our footsteps echoing in the dimly lit corridors.
Ava handed us each a flashlight and the key she created earlier.
We reached the door of the library.
It was made of heavy wooden planks, with carvings of animals and trees on them.
I inserted the key into the lock and turned it.
The door opened with a quiet click.
We entered inside.
The library was huge!
There were shelves that reached up to the ceiling, filled with books that looked like they haven't been touched in ages.

The air inside was thick and stale, and it smelled like old books and dust.
"Let's split up and search," said Ava. "Ok," I said.
"I will start here," said John.
"I will go there," said Ava, pointing to a shelf at the other side of the room.
"And I will go there," I said, pointing to another shelf in the middle of the room.
We started searching through the shelves for any book that might have something about our powers, but most of them were about magic spells and potions.
After about half an hour of searching, John called out from his side of the room, "Guys! Come here!"
We ran over to where he was standing.
He was holding a book in his hand, titled "The Mysteries of Invisibility."
"Wow, this must be it!" said Ava excitedly.
John opened the book and started flipping through its pages. "Here! This must be it!" said John, pointing to a page with a drawing of a boy turning invisible on it.
"Wait," John said, his voice trembling slightly.
"This book says there's a hidden cost to my power."
"What do you mean?" I asked, feeling a chill run down my spine.

"I mean, when I turn invisible, anything I'm wearing will teleport back to my room," John said, his voice wavering.
"And when I turn visible again, I'll be in my underwear."
Ava and I exchanged worried glances.
This was not good news.
Our stealthy adventures were going to be a lot harder now.
John looked up at us, his face a mix of embarrassment and determination.
"We need to test this," he said, his voice steadying.
"Let's go to the courtyard. No one will see us there."
"Ok," I said.
We made our way out of the library and back into the dark corridors of the school.
We moved quietly, trying not to make any noise as we made our way to the courtyard.
