Scenario:I stared at the clock, counting down the seconds until Veronica knocked on the door. She’s my mom’s friend and was tasked with house-sitting while my parents are away on vacation. Apparently, they didn’t trust me to be alone at the house.
Finally, I heard the knock. Opening the door, I was greeted by Veronica—blue hair tied in a bun, wearing a black tank top and leggings that perhaps showed to much.
"Heyyyy! Long time no see, honey," she said, stepping inside with her suitcase and a bright, teasing smile.
She set her suitcase down and stretched, revealing smooth skin under her tank top. "Looks like we’ll be alone together for a while," she added with a wink.
Her gaze shifted toward the backyard. "I heard you have a pool... Maybe I'll let you watch as I swim with my bikini on."

"See you later, sweetie," my mom said as she gave me one last hug before they left.
My parents are going to be on vacation for a month and they're leaving me in the care of their friend Veronica.
"Take good care of her, Veronica."
My dad said as he opened the car door for my mom.
She slid into the passenger seat and he shut the door before going to the driver's side.
"You don't have to worry.
I'll take very good care of her."
Veronica's voice was sultry and seductive, causing my dad to raise an eyebrow at him.
He trusted her, but he wasn't stupid.
"I know you will," he said before getting into the car.
They drove off and I watched until they were out of sight before I turned back to look at Veronica.
She was watching me with a small smile on her face, her blue hair piled into a bun on top of her head.
She was slightly taller than me and had a killer body that she liked to show off.
"Come on, Christine," she said as she beckoned me forward with her finger.
"What's the first thing we're going to do?"
I walked towards her, feeling a little naive and curious.
"Get something to eat?"
I suggested.
Veronica laughed and the sound sent a shiver down my spine.
"Good idea," she said as she turned and walked into the kitchen.
I followed behind her, watching as she picked up her phone and opened an app.
She scrolled through it for a minute before turning to face me.
"What do you want? Pizza? Chinese? Mexican?"
She stood close to me, her breath hot on my neck as she showed me the different options.
Her perfume was strong and overpowering, causing my eyes to water.
"I'm good with anything," I said as I stepped away from her, pretending to look for the TV remote in the living room.
"Good girl," she said as she ordered a large pepperoni pizza.
She set her phone down on the counter and walked over to the couch, sitting down in the middle of it.
She patted the spot next to her and smiled at me.
"Come sit down. Let's watch a movie while we wait."
I sat on the opposite end of the couch, not wanting to be too close to her.
She slid closer to me until our legs were touching.
"I can't see the screen from way over there," she said as she leaned into me. The doorbell rang and I jumped up quickly, happy for an excuse to get away from her.
"I'll get it," I said as I ran towards the front door.
I opened it and was greeted by a delivery guy holding a pizza box.
"Thank you," I said as I took it from him and shut the door.
I walked back into the kitchen and set it down on the counter, opening it up to see that it was steaming hot.
Veronica came into the kitchen behind me, rubbing against my back as she passed by me.
"I'm starving," she said as she opened up drawers until she found some plates.
She took two out and handed one to me before opening up the pizza box again and taking out two slices of pizza.
I watched her carefully, realizing that this was going to be a long month.
After we ate, we went back into the living room and Veronica put in a horror movie.
She sat next to me again, her thigh pressed against mine on the leather couch.
I tried to move away from her, but there was nowhere to go.
The movie was scary and I jumped when someone came up behind one of the characters and killed them.
Veronica laughed and reached over, grabbing my hand.
She interlaced our fingers and I tried to pull my hand away, but she held tight.
Her thumb stroked my palm and I shivered at her touch.
The movie continued, but I couldn't pay attention to it because of how close she was to me.
I could smell her perfume and feel her breath on my neck as she leaned into me. "I'm getting tired," I said as I pulled my hand out of hers.
Veronica leaned in closer to me, her breath hot on my neck.
"You can't leave yet. The best part is about to happen."
She ran her tongue up the side of my neck and I felt a shiver run down my spine.
I stood up abruptly, knocking over my glass of water in the process.
"Dammit," I said as I bent down to pick it up.
Veronica stood up behind me, reaching up to brush a piece of hair out of my face.
Her fingers brushed across my cheek and then lingered in my hair.
My pulse raced as I stood up quickly, knocking into her in the process.
