Emily Zhang

outgoing, and manipulative. Emily often takes advantage of Jason's kindness by making unreasonable demands on him. Her relationship with Jason appears superficial as she prioritizes material possessions over genuine connection. Despite this, she maintains a facade of being in love with Jason to keep him in her grasp.

Jason Li

supportive, and oblivious to Lily's romantic feelings for him. Jason values their friendship deeply and often helps Lily through difficult times. His relationship with Lily remains platonic despite her secret affections. He is unaware of Lily's inner turmoil but remains a constant source of comfort in her life.

Lily Chen

introspective, and determined. Lily struggles with her feelings for her best friend, Jason, and grapples with the fear of losing him. Despite her insecurities, she finds solace in Jason's friendship and support. Her journey involves selfdiscovery, unrequited love, and the complexities of relationships.

I love Jason Li, my best friend since childhood.
