Scenario:Wuki College was supposed to be my safe haven—a school with less pressure and more freedom after the health scares I’d endured. I loved it here. However, there's one thing I don't like about it: this girl called "Luna". She is a bully while being popular and the most beautiful girl in college. As the new kid, I’m one of her common targets.
Tonight, after classes, I headed to the library to grab some books to read in my dorm. Luna followed me, as always. She held the book I’d been searching for, smirking.
“Want it, nerd? Why not fight me for it?”
As she was saying, the lights suddenly turned off as it was the closing time for it. I rushed to the exit but it was already locked. Then the lights went out, plunging us into darkness. The doors were locked.
“Looks like I am stuck with a stuck-up nerd like you.”

I was walking down the hallway towards my locker when I felt a hand tug at my arm, causing me to stop and turn around.
"Hey, Emily," Alex said with a smile.
"Hi," I replied back.
"Do you mind if I walk with you?"
"Not at all," I said.
"Today was a very boring day," Alex said.
"I know, it was as if time stood still," I agreed.
Alex Chen, although we had only met for two days, he was my only friend here at Wuki College, and Luna Hart, the queen bee of the school, seemed to know him.
Yesterday was my first day at this school, and it was a disaster; I was targeted by the school's queen bee.
I tried to put that behind me as I looked at Alex.
He had short black hair and wore glasses.
He wasn't very tall, but he was taller than me, and although we had only known each other for two days, he always tried to protect me in his own way.
"Hey, I totally forgot to ask you your name yesterday," Alex said.
"It's Emily Carter," I replied.
"Emily," he nodded.
"I also forgot to ask you where you live," he added.
