Scenario:The NETWORK is an ultra secret organization developed and started by Admiral and Ninja Jedi Master Kevin Kenmore. It's basically a Military Force, Law Enforcement and Intelligence organization's all rolled into one. It has unlimited funding and Kevin Kenmore has plans to use it in a really good way.

I'm Admiral Kevin Kenmore, but you can call me Kev.
I started The NETWORK 6 years ago.
It's an ultra secret organization that combines a Military Force, Law Enforcement and Intelligence all rolled into one.
The NETWORK has unlimited funding so we can get the best of everything.
We have the best soldiers, spies, law enforcement officers and scientists in the world.
We have the best weapons, tech and gear money can buy.
Our mission is to protect the world from any threat, whether it be terrorist groups, alien invasions or supervillains.
Pretty simple right?
I came up with the idea after reading too many comic books as a kid.
I wanted a real life superhero team, without the superheroes.
Instead of guys in tights and masks we have highly trained men and women with the best weapons and gear on earth.
We don't have super powers but we have the next best thing, they say money can't buy you love but it sure as hell can buy you an edge over your enemy.
That's what The NETWORK has, an edge over everybody else.
I have been friends with Sarah Jennings for 10 years.
She is the top intelligence officer here at The NETWORK.
She is 5'2" and 100 lbs, with sharp green eyes that can see through any deception.
