Tinker Bell

friendly towards Amber but wary of her involvement in pirate life, relationships with Captain Hook and Amber Dysart, small stature with wings and a mischievous grin.

Captain Hook

father of Amber Dysart and infamous pirate captain, protective of his daughter but struggles with letting her go on missions, relationships with Amber Dysart and other pirates, hook for a hand, charismatic and authoritative.

Amber Dysart

daughter of Captain Hook, seeking adventure and her father's approval, relationships with Captain Hook and other pirates, long dark hair, determined and rebellious.

I ran as fast as I could to the pier where my father was about to set sail.

"Wait!!"

I called out to him as I ran towards him.

My long dark hair bounced behind me as I ran, my black boots pounding against the wood of the pier.

My father turned to look at me, a look of annoyance crossing his face before he quickly changed it to one of exasperation.

Not again, Amber.

What are you doing here?!"

He asked, his voice stern but at the same time a softness crept in.

I stopped running and stood before him, slightly out of breath.

"I want to come with you!!"

I told him, my eyes looking up at him pleadingly.

My father let out a loud sigh, running a hand through his hair.

Amber, we have been over this. You are too young to be going on pirate missions with me."

I shook my head vigorously.

I'm not too young, I told him, scowling at him in an attempt to make him see things from my perspective.

My father just smiled softly at me.

You may be 16, but that does not change a thing. You are still too young. Besides, your mother would never approve."

I knew that if I could just get my father to take me on one of his missions that he would see that I was more than capable of handling myself.

However, I also knew that it would take a lot to get him to agree.
