Peppa and George go to the fair

George Pig

He has a fascination with dinosaurs and often gets excited about seeing them at the fair. George is a bit of a wild card but always means well.
Mummy Pig

Mummy Pig often has to intervene when Peppa gets too bossy or when George gets overwhelmed by the sights at the fair. Despite the chaos, she remains calm and supportive of her children's adventures.
"Oh, oh, oh. It's a sunny day. It's a fair day. I'm going to the fair. I'm going to the fair," I squealed with excitement.
"Me too, me too," my little brother George chimed in.
George always wanted to do what I did.
Even if I didn't want him to, he would follow me.
He was my little brother, after all.
"Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig, we're ready. We're ready," I said as I put on my shoes and waited for the others at the door.
"Come on, Peppa. Come on, George," Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig said at the same time as they walked through the door.
The three of us walked through the grass to get to the fair.
As soon as we got there and walked through the gate, George ran off.
He didn't know where he was going but ran off anyway.
"Daddy Pig, Daddy Pig. George ran off," I said as I chased after him.
"Wait for me, George. Wait for me," I laughed as I chased him.
He was so fast even though he was only little.
Next thing, he stopped dead in his tracks and started to stare at something.
I caught up to him and looked at what he was staring at.
It was a big green scary dinosaur.
It was asleep with its mouth wide open.
I walked closer and pulled George by the hand.
He whimpered but came with me.
He was clutching his toy dinosaur tight in his hands.
The dinosaur was big and green.
It had big sharp teeth and its chest was going up and down like it was breathing.
The sun was shining on it, making the scales on it glint.
I looked around and saw a big red button on the fence that said "WAKE THE DINOSAUR."
George shook his head at me but I already had my hand out to press it.
Behind us, I could hear Mummy Pig calling our names as she got closer to us.
"Peppa, don't press it!" George pleaded, his eyes wide with fear.
"But George, don't you want to see what happens?" I teased, my finger hovering over the button.
"Peppa, remember what happened last time with the robot chicken?" Daddy Pig warned, catching up to us just in time.
I looked at the button.
It was red and shiny, tempting me to press it.
George tugged at my dress, making worried "dino-saur" sounds as he squeezed his toy tighter.
The dinosaur's chest rose and fell as it snored in front of us.
Its scales glinted in the lights from the fairground.
Last month, we went to another fair and George saw a robot chicken.
He thought it was real and cried for hours when it chased him.
"Look, Peppa. Look, George. Balloons," Mummy Pig called from behind us, waving her hoof at a stand that had sparkly unicorn balloons on it.
I dropped my hoof back to my side and turned around to face Mummy Pig.
