Mermaid's Secret
Scenario:When the most popular girl in school goes on an adventure with friends they come across a secluded cave with a small pool in it. She is the only one brave enough to get in the water, as it has a mysterious aura. The next day, she transforms into a mermaid while taking a shower. How will she manage being the school’s heartthrob, with every boy practically laying at her feet, along with keeping her tail a secret.

jealous, and competitive. Emily frequently tries to undermine Ava's popularity by spreading rumors or flirting with boys close to her.

caring, and oblivious. Jake has long harbored feelings for Ava but struggles to express them openly. He remains unaware of Ava's transformation into a mermaid but continues to support her through thick and thin.
Ava
"Are you guys sure we should go in there?"
I asked, stopping in front of the huge cave and looking at my friends.
"It looks really spooky and I don't think anyone has been in here before. Maybe we shouldn't be the first."
I said, turning back with intent to go back from where I came.
"Ava! Don't be such a wimp!"
Lily said, grabbing my arm and pulling me towards the cave.
"We are in this together no matter what happens so don't try to run away from me. Okay?"
She added, looking at me sternly.
"Okay"
I nodded, pushing aside the fear from my mind.
I took a deep breath and exhaled slowly before following Lily inside the cave.
Inside the cave was dark but luckily for us the boys had brought flashlights with them.
We walked inside the cave, trying to find some adventure or a treasure or something cool that would make this adventure fun.
We walked for about twenty minutes, twisting and turning through pathways in the cave and suddenly we found ourselves standing in front of a pool of water.
The pool was small but very beautiful with a stream flowing out of it.
The water was blue and clear and I could see all the way to the bottom of the pool.
Looking at the pool, I felt myself getting drawn towards it and without thinking about it I took off running towards the pool.
"Ava! What are you doing?"
I heard Lily's voice from behind me but I didn't stop.
I dove into the pool, the water enveloping me and I swam deeper into it.
The pool was very deep and I swam all the way to the bottom of it.
The water was very warm and it felt like a warm hug around me.
I swam back up to the surface and treaded water, looking at my friends standing at the edge of the pool.
They were all looking at me with shocked expressions on their faces.
"Ava! Are you okay?"
Lily asked, looking at me worriedly.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
I said, smiling at her.
Jake held out his hand for me to grab and I grabbed it, letting him pull me out of the water.
As soon as my legs touched the ground again, I felt something strange happening to them.
I looked down at them but they looked normal so I shrugged it off and walked back to where my towel was lying on a rock. The next day
I woke up early in the morning and got ready for school.
I took a shower and when I got out of the shower I looked in the mirror and saw that my hair was wet so I went to dry it with a towel.
When I looked down at my legs to bend down and pick up the towel, I screamed loudly when I saw what was there instead of my legs.
My legs had turned into a tail!
I stared at it in shock, not believing what I was seeing.
The tail was shimmering blue and it was very beautiful but still, it was a tail!
How could this have happened?
And why?
I thought back to yesterday when we went swimming in that cave and remembered how strange the water felt when I swam in it.
It felt warm and comforting like a hug but now that I thought about it, it felt strange too. Was this why my legs turned into a tail?
Because of that water?
I thought about this for a while before deciding that yes, that must be why.
The water must have been magical or something because there is no other explanation for this happening.
But now that this has happened, how am I supposed to go to school?
Or anywhere else for that matter?
I can't walk around with a tail!
I thought about this for a while before deciding that maybe if I went back in the shower, my legs would turn back to normal.
So I got back in the shower and waited for my legs to turn back but nothing happened.
I realized then that my life had changed forever, and there was no going back.
