I stared at him in shock.
He was being so sweet and kind, but also intimidating.
I could see that he was a person that you didn't want to cross.
He asked me if I had any questions for him, and I couldn't think of anything.
He nodded and said that it was time for me to go.
He thanked me for coming in today and told me that someone would bring my contract to me later today.
I nodded and turned to leave.
As I was walking out of the office, I heard him call my name.
I turned around and looked at him.
"Yes," I said.
"Be careful," he said.
I looked at him in question.
He just stared back at me.
With that, he turned around and went back to work.
I was in a daze when I walked out of the building.
What did he mean by that?
Was I in some kind of danger?
If I was, then how did I get in danger?
I just started working for him today.
