Adsila
especially the Little Nightmares series. She is imaginative, loyal, and passionate. Adsila believes Mono is real and becomes deeply invested in his character. Her friends often tease her about her gaming obsession, but she doesn't mind. When a strange occurrence happens while playing Little Nightmares 2 at home, Adsila meets Mono in person. She is shocked but overjoyed to discover that he is real. Adsila quickly forms a close bond with him, and they become inseparable, going on adventures together and exploring their shared love of gaming.
Mono
loyal, and adorable. In Adsila's mind, he is a cherished figure who captivates her heart. When Adsila plays the game at home due to a strange technical glitch, Mono unexpectedly enters her world. He is shorter than Adsila with scrawny limbs and pale skin, often dressed in a coat and hat collection that Adsila adores. Despite their size difference, Mono becomes deeply protective of Adsila and enjoys spending time with her, even chasing after her when she takes his coat back.
I loved everything about Little Nightmares.
The game, the characters, the story; everything.
However, out of all of that, I had to say that my heart belonged to Mono.
He was just so adorable and I couldn't help but love him.
Every time that I saw something about him whether it was a picture or a video, I would instantly save it so I could look at it another time.
My friends at school would laugh at me and tell me that I was in love with a guy who wasn't even real.
But, even though they told me that, I knew that he was real.
I didn't care what they thought.
I knew the truth and they didn't.
They would try to tell me how stupid I looked running around talking about Mono this and Mono that but I didn't let it get to me.
I knew the truth and they didn't so I wasn't going to let them get to me even if I wanted to punch all of their stupid faces into a bloody pulp.
So I just ignored them and kept on doing what I was doing.
It's not like it bothered me or anything...
It actually did actually.
But I wasn't going to let them see how much it really did bother me.
I pulled out my sketchbook from my bag and flipped past the dozens of other drawings I had done of Mono.
Mr. Peterson was still rambling on about quadratic equations, so I decided to draw another picture of Mono.
My pencil began tracing the familiar lines of his paper bag mask, the folds of his oversized coat.
The girl sitting behind me snickered and whispered "obsessed freak" to her friend.
My hand tightened on the pencil until my knuckles turned white, but I kept drawing.
I added careful details to Mono's eyes, then pretended not to hear them as I worked on the shadows of his coat.
"Why do you care so much about what they think, anyway?" Sarah asked, leaning over to get a better look at my drawing.
"It's not that I care," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. "It's just... sometimes I wonder if maybe they're right."
Sarah shook her head, her eyes softening. "You know, just because they can't see him doesn't mean he's not real to you."
I nodded, my pencil moving deliberately across the paper.
I added a few creases near the eye holes, remembering how they crinkled when Mono laughed.
The girl behind me kicked my chair, but I kept my hand steady.
I shaded the dark folds of fabric, adding each button with careful attention.
I knew exactly how many there were.
Sarah leaned closer, watching as I drew the tousled hair peeking out from under Mono's mask.
The fluorescent classroom lights flickered, casting shadows that made my drawing look almost alive.
I added a few last touches, shading the worn fabric of his coat with careful crosshatching.
The paper felt warm under my fingertips, almost like it was radiating heat.
Behind me, Jessica whispered "weirdo" to her friend, and they both muffled giggles.
My pencil pressed harder into the paper, leaving deep grooves.
Sarah squeezed my shoulder, but I kept my eyes down, focused on perfecting the last button.
The bell rang, startling me.
As students rushed to pack up their things, I slid the drawing into my folder.
I shoved it into my backpack, my hands shaking slightly as I zipped it closed.
The paper still felt unnaturally warm through the fabric.
Around me, chairs scraped against the floor as students stood to leave, their chatter filling the room.
Jessica bumped my desk as she passed, knocking my pencil case to the floor.
Colored pencils scattered across the linoleum tiles.
As I bent down to collect them, Sarah knelt beside me to help.
My fingers brushed against the pencil I'd used for Mono's drawing - it was hot to the touch, like it had been left in direct sunlight.
Quickly, I pulled my hand back, leaving the pencil where it lay.
Sarah glanced up at me, her eyes concerned.
"You okay?"
I nodded, standing to grab my backpack.
"I'm fine. Let's just get out of here."
I hurried home, the drawing of Mono still warm against my back.
Once I was safely in my room, I pulled it out and set it on my desk.
Booting up Little Nightmares 2, I watched as the loading screen flickered to life.
The drawing seemed to be glowing faintly, but I told myself it was just the light from the computer screen casting an odd shadow.
The glow grew brighter, and I felt a strange tingling sensation in my fingers.
I reached out to touch the drawing, and as my fingertips brushed against the paper, the screen flickered.
Mono stepped out of the game, standing beside me in front of the desk.
He looked exactly like my drawing - same creases on his mask, same tousled hair peeking out from under his coat. I reached out a shaky hand to touch him, and he took it in his own.
His hand was warm, and I knew then that Mono was real.
My heart pounded in my chest as Mono's fingers intertwined with mine, the touch sending warmth flooding through my entire body.
The paper bag mask tilted slightly as he studied my face, and I noticed small tears and wrinkles in the material that I'd never seen in the game.
His coat rustled as he shifted closer, the fabric brushing against my arm.
The scent of old paper and rain clung to him, a familiar smell that filled me with comfort.
Static crackled faintly in the air between us as he leaned in, his free hand reaching up to adjust his mask.
Through the crude eye holes, I saw dark eyes fixed intently on mine.
I stood frozen, my hand still held in his, as he reached up to tug at the edge of the mask.
His fingers hesitated there for a moment before slowly lifting it just enough to reveal his mouth.
The static in the air grew thicker, making the hairs on my arm stand on end.
Mono released my hand to reach down and grip the hem of his coat, pulling it back like a curtain to reveal his mouth.
I felt my breath catch as he stepped closer, closing the small distance between us.
His dark hair fell across his forehead as he tilted his head, studying me.
"Why did you draw me?" he asked softly, his voice a gentle whisper that seemed to echo in the room.
I swallowed hard, trying to find words as my mind raced.
"I... I didn't know you were real," I stammered, my voice barely above a whisper.
Mono's gaze never left mine, his eyes dark and intense.
"I don't know either," he admitted, his voice low and husky.
"I just... felt drawn to you."
The static in the room seemed to grow thicker, making my skin tingle.
I felt a strange force pulling me closer to him, like an invisible thread drawing me in.
I leaned forward, my heart pounding in my chest, and Mono's fingers tightened around mine.
His breath caught audibly behind his mask as I moved closer, and I felt the paper bag scratch against my skin.
I tilted my head slightly, positioning myself carefully before Mono's mouth.
His scent of old paper and rain grew stronger, filling my lungs with each breath.
My lips hovered just above his cheek, trembling slightly.
The static reached a peak when my lips finally brushed against his skin, sending tingles through my entire body.
Mono's fingers tightened around mine, holding me in place as I kissed him.
The static in the air crackled loudly, sending a jolt of electricity through me.
I felt like I was melting into him, the warmth of his skin seeping into mine.
He leaned forward, deepening the kiss, and I felt myself falling into it.
The static began to dissipate as our lips moved together, and the room seemed to fade away around us.
There was only Mono, his mouth warm against mine, and the strange force drawing us closer.
Finally, the static dissipated completely, leaving only the sound of our breathing.
I pulled back slowly, my heart pounding in my chest.
Mono's fingers still held mine, his eyes locked on mine through the holes in his mask.
"Adsila," he whispered softly, his voice sending shivers down my spine.
I nodded slowly, my lips still tingling from the kiss.
"I'm Adsila," I confirmed, my voice barely above a whisper.
The room seemed to come back into focus around us, and I realized that I'd forgotten all about my computer and the game that had brought him here.
I glanced over at it, and Mono followed my gaze. "Little Nightmares," he said softly, his voice filled with longing.
"You brought me here."
I nodded again, feeling a sense of wonder wash over me.
"I've been playing for years," I admitted quietly.
"I never thought you were real."
Mono's gaze turned back to mine, his eyes dark and serious.
"I don't know if I am," he said softly.
"But I'm here now."
I nodded again, feeling a strange connection forming between us.
The air in the room still felt thick with static from our kiss, but it no longer crackled with electricity.
Instead, it felt like a gentle hum of energy that connected us both.
I reached out to touch Mono's coat collar, feeling the soft fabric beneath my fingertips.
He didn't pull away this time, instead leaning slightly into my touch. "Tell me about Little Nightmares," he said softly, his voice filled with curiosity.
"What do you like about it?"
I smiled shyly at him before turning to sit on the edge of my bed.
Mono followed me over to sit beside me on the mattress, his coat rustling against my legs as he moved.
"Tell me about yourself first," I countered gently.
"How did you end up trapped in a video game?"
Mono looked down, his voice barely a whisper. "I think I was waiting for you."
He reached out to gently turn my face back toward him, his fingers warm against my skin.
His eyes, visible through the tears in the paper bag, locked intensely on mine, sending a shiver down my spine.
The room seemed to fade away as he leaned in slowly, his breath warm against my face.
His lips brushed against mine, startling me at first.
I hesitated for a moment, then melted into the kiss, parting my lips slightly.
Mono's tongue darted into my mouth, sending tingles down my spine.
We sat there on the bed for what felt like an eternity, lost in the kiss and the strange force that connected us.
Mono pulled back slightly, his breath mingling with mine.
"I don't remember much," he confessed, his voice tinged with sadness.
"But I know I've been searching for someone who sees me."
I felt a pang of sympathy for him, reaching out to touch his face.
Mono's hands tightened around my waist, pulling me closer.
Our lips met again, and I felt the familiar rush of electricity.
His tongue explored my mouth, sending shivers down my spine.
I kissed him back, my heart pounding in my chest.
The glow from the computer screen cast a dim light around us, illuminating the small space between our bodies.
The air crackled with the faint scent of rain as our lips moved together.
I tasted the hint of rain on his lips, a reminder of the storm that had brought him here.
The kiss deepened, our breath mingling together.
I ran my fingers through his messy hair, feeling the rough texture of his paper bag mask against my cheek. He pulled away slightly, his dark eyes searching mine for something.
Then he kissed me again, sending waves of pleasure through me.
"I love you," I whispered, the words barely audible over the pounding of my heart.
He held me tightly, his warmth enveloping me.
"I love you too," he murmured, his voice low and husky.
He leaned in again, his lips brushing against mine.
His kisses were gentle yet intense, sending shivers down my spine.
We sat there on the bed, wrapped in each other's arms, the static in the room buzzing softly around us.
As we continued to kiss, I knew that this was where I belonged.
I'd found something special in Mono, something that transcended the boundaries between reality and the game.
He was real, and he was here with me now.
I lay back on the bed, Mono's lips still pressed against mine.
His kisses were gentle yet insistent, sending jolts of electricity through me.
He followed me down, his kisses trailing down my neck and across my collarbone.
The rough texture of the paper bag mask brushed against my skin, sending shivers through me.
I wrapped my arms around him, pulling him closer as the static in the room seemed to grow thicker.
His coat rustled softly against my legs as he shifted, his warm breath mingling with mine.
We paused for a moment, our eyes locked together in a deep gaze.
I reached up to trace the tears in his mask, feeling the rough texture of the paper beneath my fingertips.
It was hard to believe that this was real, that Mono was really here with me.
But as I looked into his dark eyes, I knew that it was true. He leaned in again, and our lips met once more.
The kiss deepened, sending waves of pleasure through me.
I continued kissing him, our lips moving together in a passionate embrace.
His warm breath mingled with mine, the scent of old paper and rain filling my lungs.
The static in the air crackled softly, making the hairs on my arm stand on end.
I ran my fingers through his messy hair, pulling him closer to me.
The paper bag mask shifted slightly as he moved, revealing a hint of his cheek beneath.
I felt the rough texture of the material against my skin as I kissed him.
The static in the room seemed to grow thicker, crackling softly around us.
Mono's coat rustled against my legs as he shifted, his body pressing against mine.
I reached up to touch his face, tracing the tears in the paper bag mask with my fingertips.
His skin felt warm beneath the rough texture of the material, sending shivers down my spine.
Our kisses deepened, the world around us fading away into nothingness. "I love you," I whispered again, my voice barely audible over the pounding of my heart.
Mono pulled back slightly, his dark eyes searching mine for something.
Then he leaned in again, his lips brushing against mine.
As we continued kissing, the static around us grew thicker, crackling like a live wire.
The paper bag mask pressed against my cheek, the rough texture a stark contrast to his soft lips.
I felt the warmth of his breath on my neck as he moved his kisses there, sending shivers down my spine.
I lay there with Mono, our kisses growing deeper and more intense.
The static around us seemed to grow thicker, making the hairs on my arm stand on end.
I felt his breath hot against my skin as he kissed me, the paper bag mask shifting slightly with each movement.
The tears in the material caught on my skin, leaving small scratches behind.
I reached up to trace the edges of his mask, feeling the rough texture of the paper beneath my fingertips.
The static crackled loudly as we shifted closer together, our bodies pressed tightly against each other.
Mono's coat rustled softly against my legs as he moved, the fabric brushing gently against my skin.
The scent of old paper and rain filled the air around us, mingling with the electric buzz of the static.
We paused for a moment, looking into each other's eyes through the holes in his mask.
"You feel so real," I whispered softly, my voice barely audible over the pounding of my heart.
Mono nodded slowly, his dark eyes fixed intently on mine.
"I feel real too," he admitted quietly.
I leaned forward to kiss him again, feeling the warmth of his lips against mine.
Mono pulled back slightly, his eyes searching mine with a mix of curiosity and fear.
"But what if I'm just a dream?" he asked, his voice trembling slightly.
I shook my head, squeezing his hand tighter.
"You're not," I said softly, tracing my fingers along the edge of his mask.
The static in the room seemed to grow stronger, making the hair on my arms stand on end.
I could feel the electricity crackling in the air as we kissed again, our lips moving together in a passionate embrace.
My hand caught the edge of his mask, the paper snagging and shifting slightly as I moved.
Mono tensed for a moment, but he didn't pull away.
Instead, he let me continue kissing him, my fingers tracing the rough texture of his mask.
The paper shifted again, sliding higher up his face.
I felt the edge of it catch on his cheekbone, tugging gently at his skin.
The static in the room grew louder, crackling like a live wire as we continued kissing.
Finally, the paper bag mask fell away completely, revealing Mono's face beneath.
His dark eyes locked with mine, intense and full of emotion.
His sharp jawline was set in a determined expression, his cheeks flushed pink from our kisses.
Mono's eyes softened as he studied my reaction, a hint of vulnerability in his gaze.
"Do you still see me?" he asked quietly, his voice barely above a whisper.
I nodded, reaching up to cup his face with my hand.
I leaned forward, studying every detail of his exposed face.
The slight curve of his nose, the way his dark hair fell across his forehead, the intensity in his eyes that made my heart race.
The static in my room pulsed stronger as I moved closer, my fingers tracing along his jawline.
His skin felt warm and alive under my touch, not at all like the cold pixels of the game.
When I whispered those words against his lips, his arms tightened around me, pulling me flush against his chest.
