I, Rei, was a girl who had heard the rumors.
Rumors about forbidden dungeons where if you entered, your body would be transformed.
It was said that there were deadly traps and illusions waiting for you inside, and if you weren't careful, you could end up as a monster.
But I didn’t care.
I wanted to become more beautiful.
My current figure was unimpressive; my chest was flat as a board.
I knew that I couldn't compete with the other girls in looks, so I thought that maybe if I went into the forbidden dungeon, my body would be enhanced.
I would become more beautiful and popular.
Maybe then I could catch the eye of that one boy I had been crushing on for ages.
The idea of entering the dungeon both thrilled and terrified me.
I knew it was a huge risk, but I believed it was worth taking.
If I didn't at least try, then I would never know what could have been.
So I made up my mind and decided to go for it.
I snuck out of my room late at night when everyone else was asleep and made my way to the forbidden dungeon on the outskirts of town.
As I approached the entrance, I felt even more nervous than before, but I steeled myself and stepped inside.

I creep forward into the entrance of the dungeon, my footsteps echoing off the stone walls.
The air inside is cold and damp, making me shiver.
I wrap my arms around myself to try and warm up, but it doesn't do much good.
As I walk further into the dungeon, the temperature drops even lower, and I can see my breath misting in front of me.
The darkness is absolute, making it difficult for me to see anything.
I strain my eyes to try and make out some sort of path or landmark, but there's nothing.
I can barely see my hand in front of my face.
Suddenly, I hear a faint noise coming from above me.
It sounds like water dripping, but it's hard to tell in the darkness.
I look up towards the ceiling, trying to locate the source of the sound, but it's too dark to see anything.

As I continue walking forward, I notice that the air seems to be getting colder and colder.
My skin feels like it's being pricked with needles, and I can't stop shivering.
The darkness seems to be pressing in on me from all sides, making it difficult for me to breathe. I keep walking forward, trying to find some sort of exit or way out of this place.
But no matter how far I go, I can't seem to find anything.
The darkness is so thick that it feels like a physical presence around me, suffocating me.
I start to feel disoriented and lost, like I'm walking in circles.
I try to focus on putting one foot in front of the other, but it's getting harder and harder to move.
The cold is seeping into my bones, making every step feel like a struggle.
As I round a corner, I suddenly see a faint blue glow in the distance.
It's hard to tell what it is or where it's coming from, but it looks like some sort of light source.
I start walking towards it as fast as I can, hoping that it might lead me out of this place. As I get closer to the light source, I realize that it's coming from a series of crystals embedded in the ceiling above me.
They're glowing with an ethereal blue light that illuminates the dark space around me.
It's beautiful and eerie at the same time, casting strange shadows on the walls as they reflect off the crystals.
I stop walking for a moment and stare up at them in awe, mesmerized by their beauty.
Then, without warning, the ground beneath me gives way.

I plummet through the darkness, my scream echoing off the stone walls.
My arms flail uselessly as I try to grab onto something, anything, but the smooth walls offer no purchase.
The blue crystal light grows distant above me as I fall deeper.
Wind whips past my face and through my hair.
My school uniform snags and tears on jagged rocks jutting from the walls.

Sharp edges slice my skin and rip my clothes.
The ground rushes up to meet me.
My body tenses for impact.
Everything goes black as my head strikes the cold stone floor.
I regain consciousness slowly, groggily.
My head is throbbing in pain, and I can feel a lump forming on the back of my skull.
I try to sit up, but it's hard to move.
The cold stone floor beneath me is unforgiving, and my muscles ache from the fall.
As my eyes adjust to the darkness, I notice that the room is lit by ancient runes etched into the walls.
They glow softly with a blue light, casting eerie shadows around the chamber.
The air is thick with a musty smell, and I can hear the sound of dripping water echoing somewhere in the distance.
I manage to push myself up into a sitting position, wincing as I put weight on my injured head.
My uniform is torn and tattered from the fall, and I can feel cuts and scrapes on my skin.
But as I look down at myself, I realize that something else has changed too. My chest feels different.
It's fuller than before, and I can see the outline of b###s pressing against the fabric of my shirt.
I touch myself tentatively, wondering if this is really happening.
But as soon as I do, I realize that nothing has changed at all.
I'm still flat as a board.
I sigh in frustration and stand up slowly.
The room spins around me for a moment before settling back into place.
I take a few tentative steps forward, trying to get my bearings in this strange new place.
As I walk closer to the runes on the wall, I notice that they seem to be pulsing with energy.
I reach out a hand to touch them, feeling their power coursing through my body.
"Who dares to disturb the ancient magic of this place?" a deep voice echoes through the chamber.
"I-I'm sorry," I stammer, pulling my hand back quickly, "I didn't mean to—I'm just trying to find a way out."
"You seek transformation, yet you do not understand the price," the voice continues, resonating with an ominous tone.

I ignore the voice and scan the room for any sign of an exit.
The runes cast flickering shadows on the walls, making it difficult to see clearly.
As I move cautiously along the perimeter, my eyes begin to adjust to the dim light.
I run my hands over the cold stone, searching for any hidden crevices or passages.
The rough texture scrapes against my fingertips, and I wince as my bruised body protests each step.
My eyes dart around the chamber, searching for any sign of a way out.
And then, near the back of the room, I spot a narrow crack in the wall.
It's almost imperceptible, but it looks like it might be just large enough for me to squeeze through.
I approach the crevice slowly, my heart pounding in my chest.
As I reach out to touch the edge of the opening, I hear the voice again.
"You have been warned," it growls menacingly, "do not proceed."
But I'm determined to find a way out of this place.

"You think you can escape so easily?" the voice taunts, echoing with a sinister chuckle.
"I have to try," I reply defiantly, my voice trembling but resolute.
"Then be prepared to face the consequences of your choice," it warns, the chamber vibrating with its final words.

I squeeze through the narrow crack, my body scraping against the rough stone walls.
The space is so tight that I have to move inch by inch, my muscles straining with each push forward.
My torn uniform catches on jagged edges, threatening to rip further with every twist and turn.
But I press on, refusing to be deterred by the obstacles in my path.
The mysterious voice's ominous warnings echo in my mind, heightening my fear with each step.
Yet, I can't shake the feeling that there's more to this place than meets the eye.
As I inch forward, the dim light from the chamber grows fainter behind me, until I'm almost engulfed in darkness.
I strain to see ahead, my eyes adjusting slowly to the lack of illumination.
A faint glow beckons in the distance, offering a glimmer of hope amidst the shadows.
With renewed determination, I focus on that light, using it as a beacon to guide me through the treacherous passage.
"Do you really think that light will lead you to freedom?" the voice questions, its tone dripping with skepticism.
"I don't know," I admit, my voice barely a whisper, "but it's the only hope I have right now."
"Hope can be a dangerous thing in a place like this," the voice responds, almost gently, as if it knows something I don't.

I crawl forward, my hands scraping against the rough stone.
The torn fabric of my uniform catches on jagged edges, threatening to rip further with each movement.
But I press on, driven by the faint glow ahead.
As I round a corner, the light grows brighter, illuminating a small chamber beyond.
I push myself up, my bruised muscles protesting with each step.
Finally, I reach the source of the light—a small door hidden in the shadows.
My fingers brush against its surface, tracing intricate carvings etched into the wood.
A rusty handle beckons, promising escape or unknown consequences.
I hesitate for a moment, remembering the voice's warnings.
But something about this door feels different.
Slowly, I grasp the handle and turn it.
The door creaks open, revealing a figure standing in the dimly lit room beyond.
"You're not supposed to be here," the figure says, their voice soft but firm.
"I didn't have a choice," I reply, my eyes meeting theirs, "I need answers."

I step into the room, my eyes adjusting to the dim light.
The figure stands tall, their features illuminated by the flickering candles that line the walls.
As I approach, I realize it's the man from before—the one with wings folded behind him.
He regards me calmly, his expression unreadable.
"Well, if you wish to find the answers," he says, his voice low and mysterious, "then I beseech you."
As he finishes speaking, a flash of light envelops him, and he vanishes into thin air.
I blink, stunned by his sudden disappearance.
The room feels emptier now, as if his presence had filled it with an otherworldly energy.
But as I look around, I notice something new—a door on the opposite wall that hadn't been there before.
It beckons me forward, promising another path to uncover the secrets within this labyrinthine world.
Cautiously, I approach the door and reach out to grasp the handle.

I open the door and step into a room filled with rows of shelves, each one lined with various alchemical apparatuses, strange potions, and ancient tomes.
The air is thick with the scent of herbs and chemicals, creating an intoxicating aroma that fills my senses.
My eyes wander over the array of equipment, taking in the intricate glassware, bubbling flasks, and mysterious artifacts that adorn the space.
In the center of the room, a large table stands covered in a multitude of glass vials, some filled with swirling liquids while others contain powders that shimmer in the dim light.
Ancient books are stacked haphazardly on top of each other, their worn leather covers bearing strange symbols and markings.
Curiosity getting the better of me, I walk over to the table and run my fingers across the spines of the books.
A cloud of dust rises from their pages as I touch them, causing me to cough slightly.
I pick up one of the books, blowing off some of the dust before opening it.
The pages are yellowed with age, filled with handwritten notes and diagrams that depict various alchemical processes. As I flip through the pages, I notice that some passages are highlighted with a red ink that seems to glow in the dim light.
I wonder what significance these passages hold and whether they might hold any clues to understanding this mysterious place.
Continuing my exploration, I wander over to a corner where a large cauldron sits atop a low-burning flame.
The cauldron emits a gentle bubbling sound as its contents churn and swirl within.

My curiosity piqued, I approach it cautiously and peer inside.
To my surprise, I see a glowing liquid within, its color shifting between shades of blue and green as it moves.
"Do you know what that is?" a voice asks from behind me, startling me.
I reach out a trembling hand to touch the surface of the bubbling liquid, my eyes fixed on its mesmerizing swirls of blue and green.
The pungent smell of herbs and chemicals fills my nose, teasing my senses with its mysterious allure.
As my fingers graze the surface, I feel a surge of anticipation course through me.
Suddenly, just as my lips are about to touch the potion, it erupts in a violent explosion.
The blast throws me backward, sending shards of glass and splatters of the glowing liquid flying in all directions.
Kuchisake Yashiki no Majo
I crash into a nearby shelf, knocking over ancient books and artifacts that clatter to the floor.
Dazed and coughing, I struggle to sit up amidst the chaos.
The ringing in my ears from the explosion makes it difficult to hear anything else.
