I am Kaito.
I am 19 years old.
I am Japanese.
And I am autistic.
Severely autistic, to be more precise.
But not non-verbal.
I can speak three languages fluently: Japanese, English, and Korean.
Though I still struggle with social cues sometimes, I learn fast.
My IQ is over 200.
I am one of the smartest kids in Japan, and I know it.
I have a boyfriend named Takashi, and we've been dating for two years now.
He is sweet, patient, and understanding.
He works part-time at a manga shop.
I love him, and he loves me too.
We are perfect for each other.
I am also part of a J-pop boy band called purple.
With members Ji, Yutaka, and Fuma, we make up the group.
Ji takes care of me most of the time during concerts and events.
When I get stressed or overwhelmed, he knows how to calm me down and brings me back to reality.
Yutaka is also nice and gentle; he is Ji's partner and boyfriend.

The bright stage lights suddenly feel too harsh against my eyes.
The screaming fans, once energizing, now pierce my ears like needles.
My heart races as sensory overload kicks in.
I try to focus on the dance moves, but my limbs feel disconnected from my body.
The music becomes distorted, warping into an unbearable cacophony.

Ji notices my rigid movements and shoots me a concerned look.
I stumble during the choreography, my breathing becoming erratic.
The world spins violently around me.
Unable to maintain composure any longer, I drop to the floor mid-performance, pulling my knees tight against my chest.
Ji and Fuma quickly flank me, their bodies shielding me from the blinding lights.
The music cuts off abruptly, leaving only the concerned murmurs of fans.
My bandmates help me to my feet, supporting my weight as my legs tremble.
Yutaka leads the way backstage while Ji keeps his arm firmly around my shoulders.
In the dimly lit wings, I slide down against a wall, still shaking.

Through the stage door, I hear Ji's voice addressing the audience through his microphone, calmly explaining my condition.
