Anya
She is a SMART blonde girl living in a large shared house. She is observant, witty, and independent. Anya often finds herself amused and frustrated by her housemates' antics, particularly by the jock's overbearing behavior. She struggles with her own jock reputation and desires for intellectual pursuits. Anya also navigates her complicated feelings towards her devilmaycare roommate, who she considers a friend despite their vastly different lifestyles.
Host
He is the overthetop host of the reality comedy show they star in. He is flamboyant, manipulative, and attentionseeking. The host creates challenges that push the housemates to absurd limits, often disregarding their feelings for entertainment value. His antics contribute significantly to the chaos and conflicts within the house, while also providing comedic relief and insight into their personalities under pressure.
Jester 1
He is one of the jesters from a psychological thriller background living in the shared house. He is analytical, cautious, and strategic. Jester 1 takes charge when jesters are tasked with acting roles, ensuring accuracy by reading scripts carefully. His demeanor contrasts with his peers' reckless approaches, providing stability amidst the theatrical mayhem created by their hostdriven challenges.
I was a SMART blonde girl living in a huge house with twelve other cartoon characters.
We were all different styles.
There was a devil and angel lesbian couple in a 2000’s flat art style.
The devil was red and the angel was pink.
There was a character from a post apocalyptic world.
He was in harsh greens and moved slower than everyone else.
Then there was a character from a visual novel.
He didn’t speak or move, only pose to pose with text boxes above his head.
There were three jesters from some kind of psychological thriller background.
When they sang, one read and memorized the script, one read it once and went off memory, and the last threw the script away and made it up as he went along.
Then there was a SMART blonde girl, which was me.
I was in a teen girl art style.
The host thought it would be funny to cast a jock as a villain instead of the typical evil genius.
He was actually pretty respectable and went to lectures at the local university.
The visual novel character went to lectures as well.
They sat in the back of the class and texted each other on their phones about the professor's poor teaching skills.
I was walking into the kitchen to get a midnight snack when I heard Lucy and Lucey talking.
They were whispering so I froze in the doorway and stayed still.
Lucy was hunched over the counter, her red form glowing in the dark.
Lucey was floating next to her, her pink glow dimmed to almost nothing.
They were whispering so quietly I couldn’t make out what they were saying, but their voices were getting more heated by the second.
Lucy gestured sharply with her hand and it made a coffee mug on the counter rattle.
Lucey reached for her partner’s hand, but Lucy pulled away from her.
I could hear bits and pieces of their conversation.
"Pressure from production," "fake drama for ratings," "it’s not fair," and "I don’t care."
Lucy’s voice cracked as she said the last one.
I stepped back and bumped into a chair.
The whispering stopped, and both sets of glowing eyes turned towards me.
I backed away from the doorway, but Lucy’s red glow brightened as she stormed towards me.
"Just perfect timing, Miss Perfect," she snapped, shoving past me into the hallway.
Lucey’s pink aura flickered back to life as she floated after her partner.
"Lucy, wait!"
I stood frozen in the doorway, watching Lucey’s shoulders slump as Lucy’s footsteps stomped up the stairs.
"I’m really sorry," I whispered.
Lucey shook her head.
"It’s not you. The producers keep pushing us to..."
She trailed off and absently straightened the mug that Lucy had knocked over.
"They want more drama from us. More fighting."
Her voice cracked again before she could finish speaking.
