This woman was literally unconscious.
She didn’t breathe, didn’t move, didn’t nothing.
She was sitting on the chair with her head on the pillow next to her, but still on the chair.
Her legs were crossed and one foot was on the other.
She was literally still, not breathing, not moving at all.
I stood there for a second trying to figure out if she was okay or not.
I looked around the room to make sure nobody was in the apartment with her.
I saw her purse, phone, and some stuff that belonged to her on the coffee table.
She literally had nothing on but pink shorts and a white tank top.
I tried to figure out what happened to her and how she ended up like that.
She was my neighbor, literally one of the rooms next to mine, so I knew her a little but not much since I never really talked to her.
The Flexi Girl
I walked up to her slowly, not wanting to scare her if she was just sleeping.
I reached out and grabbed a piece of her blonde hair and lifted her head up slowly.
Her face was pale, her lips were slightly parted but still.
No breath came out of her mouth.
Her eyes were closed, no fluttering or anything.
I looked at her face and studied it.
She had a smooth forehead, a small nose with freckles on it, and full lips.
Her eyebrows were thin and shaped perfectly.
She had a small scar above her left eyebrow that I never noticed before.
Her body was still limp and her arms were hanging down at her sides.
I let go of her hair and let her head rest back on the pillow.
"She's not dead, is she?" my roommate, Alex, whispered from the doorway, eyes wide with a mix of fear and curiosity.
"I don't know," I replied, trying to keep my voice steady, "but we need to call someone, maybe an ambulance."
Alex hesitated, glancing at the phone on the table, then back at me. "What if this wasn't an accident?"
The Flexi Girl
I stood there, alone in the quiet apartment, the unconscious woman still slumped in her chair.
Carefully, I approached her and gently lifted her by the shoulders.
Her body was heavy, limp, and unresponsive.
I slowly maneuvered her to a standing position, her head lolling to one side.
Her blonde hair fell over her face, hiding the small scar above her eyebrow.
I steadied her against me, making sure she didn't fall.
The only sound was the soft brush of her shorts against the chair as I adjusted her position.
The Flexi Girl
I gently maneuvered her limp arms, lifting them above her head.
Her flexibility allowed me to position her hands together without resistance.
Slowly, I began to rotate her body, watching her blonde hair swirl around her face.
Her pink shorts shifted slightly with each turn.
As I spun her, I noticed the small scar above her eyebrow again, more visible now.
Her head lolled to the side, still unresponsive.
The room remained silent except for the soft sound of her body moving.
