She looks nice.
Her bright blue hair and her braces make her appear sweet.
Everyone is falling for it.
They are swallowing every word she says.
They are eating up every lie that falls from her mouth.
At first, I thought she was just like me.
She seemed to be able to see right through people.
But now I’m not so sure.
Maybe she is just like them.
"Hey, Luna. So I couldn’t help but notice your hair. I have never seen a hair color like that before," Jake says as he takes her in.
He is referring to her bright blue hair but at the same time, he is checking her out without being too obvious.
She smiles brightly at him and flips her hair over her shoulder, which causes his eyes to drop to her chest.
"Thanks. I got it done a few weeks ago," she says in her squeaky voice.
She sounds like a chipmunk.
It’s annoying but also kind of cute, which is hard to explain.
I find myself wanting to laugh when she talks but for some reason, you can’t help but smile when she speaks.
"It really brings out your eyes," Emily says as she comes walking over to us, unaware of the fact that Jake was checking her out.
Luna smiles widely at Emily, showing off her braces and the small dimples in her cheeks.
Dimples?
Smiles?
Why am I noticing this stuff?
