female. She is a high school student. She is determined,intelligent,and skeptical. Mia is known for her knack for uncovering secrets,and she becomes suspicious of the new girl claiming to be 16. Despite being threatened by the imposter,she persists in exposing the truth. She faces challenges from her classmates and teachers but remains focused on uncovering the truth about the imposter.
Emily Wilson
female. She is Mia's best friend at school. She is supportive,loyal,and naive. Emily initially believes the new girl's story but later becomes suspicious alongside Mia. She helps Mia gather evidence against the imposter but struggles with trusting her instincts due to fear of being wrong.
Sarah Johnson
female. She is another student at Mia's school who befriends the imposter quickly. She is gullible,trusting,and popular among their peers. Sarah becomes an obstacle for Mia as she defends the imposter despite evidence pointing to his deceit.

Everyone at school believed her, but I didn’t.
I knew she had to be lying about something.
I just didn’t know what.
I decided to do some digging.
My name is Mia, and I am known for finding out secrets that no one else knows.
I have a knack for finding out things that people hide.
I am also super determined, once I set my mind on something I will stop at nothing to get it.
I was always going to find out the truth about the new girl.
It was only a matter of time.
The next day I started my research.
I went online and searched loads of things, but I found nothing.
I looked through all of the rich families in the district, but none of them had a 16-year-old daughter.
I knew I had to keep searching… Then I had an idea.
