Character explanation to add to story - emily is a 16-17 year old African american girl during the time of the great depression, she has dreads as a hairstyle reaching as long as her neck(but sometimes when her hair grows it grows along her back), she has epicanthic folds(mention this) due to ishongo lineage and she has butter peacan skin and is tall. - she is very nice and kind in nature and she has a sort of baby face with dimples. - she lives with her aunt(aunt Jemima) and and uncle(uncle Joe) due to her parents being killed when she was 5 and somewhere in the Beggining of story uncle Joe goes on a protest against inequality due to the current great depression and gets killed and mutilated by the carnivorous villain vulture(earth 90214 accurate vulture)which traumatizes 16-17 year old Emily and pushes her to find justice with her starting by reach out to Robbie smith a local journalist(one of Uncle Joe's war buddies while he was in the trenches in the Harlem hellfighter regiment in ww1) but his hands will mostly be tied and he'd communicate that to emily so she determined tracks the gang affiliated with the killer to a museum she stood on top of a railing trying to get photos for proof to show Robbie then she gets bit by one of anansi's spiders from the spider idol then she gains spider powers added with super strength, flexibility and senses ready to fight crime in New york. - there's this boy in her life named Michael (who is a fellow African American of mostly niger-congo descent of slaves) she knew and was close to since daycare, they're good friends but Emily cares a lot about him than he could ever imagine but, he might go through a villain arc somewhere far down the line becoming a techy villain due to the way things are in the great depression and his personal depression, and feeling like no one cares and a desire to "fix" things - and when it comes to villains she will face it will be spider man lore accurate like vulture, kameleon, kraven, kingpin, electro, hammerhead, Dr octopus, etc but will be adapted to a noir grim earth 90214 sense and, Emily won't face them right away it will be a gradual process whith each of them individually while some of them work under each others tom and before she gets to those main villains in the early parts of the story give her made up b rank villains with some improvised powers to beat first as training towards the main spider man accurate ones. Story background and important details: - this story is Set in New York Manhattan during the great depression in February 1933 and it's abot a girl who becomes spider- woman or girl in this era. The story starts with uncle Joe giving 8 year old Emily a piece of advice after she makes a mistake in something and then he gives her the with great power and responsibility famous quote then the story starts in 1933 with 16-17 year old Emily. - emily works at negro world papers(equivalent to daily bugle) for j Jonah Jameson(except he's black) - Hitler rises to power much earlier and has early support and praise from their immediate Italian fascist ally and another fascist country in east Asia called Janvian. - in this world in January 1930, but Germany still goes to war in 1939 whenever that year in this story comes by which is several upon several upon several chapters away. - since east Asians never left Africa the east Asian landscape would be occupied by mix of middle easterns, indians, Russians(though Russians borders remain the same as in our reality) and ethnic Turks all the way to the far east of Asia and it's islands and in current 1933 there are two fascist countries there Janvian and it's peoples a major power house (occupying the lands in what in the real world is the land of Japan) and their partner in fascism thainoland(occupying the land of what we know in our world as Thailand) and they both look down on sinochine( a country that in our world in the east Asian landscape is known as China) in 1931 Janvian annexed Manchuria and then long when the time comes in several chapters maybe around mid 1937 they will attack sinochine with invasion forces from also tainoland and being sinochine to its knees and defeat them in 1938 despite sinochine big landmass(sinochine at this time would be fighting a communist vs nationalist infighting too) and overall except from thise countries though east Asians wouldnr be in Asia other countries original names in other places like Indonesia, phillipines, malaya will stay the same and it's history but it won't be easy Asians who went through that history it would be the mixture of people in listed above, - finally Emily regularly since the star of he story listens to radio broadcasts with hos ts like kaltenborn, Edward Murrow e.t.c and keeps up on world developments from major powers at the time. And throughout the story there will be mentions of Nazis and fascists, Soviet Union and great Britain in different contexts. This should not be a summary coming from the ai I expect a long in depth chapter by chapter story/book with dialogue from all characters involved and between them and before when the high action comes there should always be a long build up of the story first where characters just have dialogue no rushing or shortcuts..
