Sam
male. He is an 18yearold high school student with a unique ability to swap bodies with anyone he touches. He is curious,adventurous,and a bit mischievous. Sam discovers his power accidentally while eavesdropping on a conversation about witchcraft. He experiments with it and learns to control his ability. Sam uses his power to help people in need,such as saving a woman from an attacker. He also meets a girl named Emily who becomes his friend and confidante.
Emily
female. She is an 18yearold high school student who befriends Sam after he saves her from an attacker in the park. She is outgoing,friendly,and curious. Emily is interested in psychology and plans to study it in college. She meets Sam while sitting alone on a park bench and becomes fast friends with him. Emily helps Sam understand how to use his ability for good and introduces him to her friends.
Maggie
female. She is a 16yearold high school student who is new to town. She is shy,nervous,and a bit awkward. Maggie struggles to fit in at her new school,where she meets Sam. She is intrigued by Sam's ability to swap bodies and asks him to demonstrate it. Despite her initial nervousness,Maggie is willing to try anything to make her friends laugh,even if it means going through awkward situations.
I was 18 years old when I found out that I had an ability.
It wasn’t exactly a superpower, but it was definitely useful.
I could swap bodies with anyone I touched.
At first, I didn’t believe it.
I thought it was just a rumor, something people said when they talked about witchcraft and magic.
But then I touched my best friend and suddenly I was him.
And vice versa.
We looked at each other in shock, not sure what to do.
But then we started experimenting with our new ability.
It turned out that it wasn’t just limited to touching each other.
I could touch anyone and swap bodies with them.
And then I started using my power to help people.
Lots of people were grateful for my assistance, and I felt good knowing that I had helped them.
I also met a girl named Emily.
She was sitting alone on a park bench, and I could tell that she was upset about something.
I sat down next to her and introduced myself.
And then I reached out and touched her hand.
Suddenly we were swapping bodies.
And then I was her, sitting on the bench, while she was me, standing up confused.
But then she smiled and took my place on the bench.
"I’m glad you did that," she said.
"I was feeling so stuck."
We talked for a while longer, and then we swapped back.
