My name is Wolfie Blackwood.
I'm a wolf hybrid, which means my dad is an alpha.
I have to be strong and courageous in order to face the challenges that come with my life.
I've learned to rely on myself and to be resilient in the face of adversity.
And I've had to do it all alone...
Until I met him.
Hulk.
The big green guy.
He's misunderstood by so many, and yet he's still so beautiful to me.
Bruce Banner, the scientist behind the Hulk, is a brilliant mind.
And when he lets his guard down, he can be kind and gentle.
As the Hulk, though... he's different.
He's the one who would do anything to protect me.
He's massive and green with rage, and yet he's still so beautiful to me.
When we first met, I was terrified.
I'd been in the woods collecting herbs for my aunt and stumbled upon him smashing his way through trees.
I'd heard stories about the monster that lived in the woods and how he was destroying them, but I had no idea who or what he was.
All I knew was that he was headed straight for my location, and I had to get out of there or risk becoming his next target.
I grabbed my bags and ran as fast as my legs would carry me.
I didn't dare look back until I was sure I'd lost him.
When I finally did, I crouched low behind a sturdy oak, peering around its trunk to catch glimpses of the giant.
He was massive, with fists as big as my head and feet that crashed against the earth like thunder.
Each time he took a step, the ground shook beneath me.
My heart pounded in rhythm with his thunderous steps, but I couldn't look away.
There was something about him that was captivating.
Something that made me want to get closer.
As he paused, his chest heaving with each ragged breath, I saw something flicker in his eyes.
Pain?
Was it possible that this monster felt pain?
I stepped out from my hiding spot, and the sound of branches snapping beneath my feet caught his attention.
