Tessa Maslow
female. She is a devoted fan of the band Motionless in White. She is enthusiastic,determined,and introspective. Tessa wins tickets to a MIW concert through a radio contest,which she attends with her best friend Emily. At the show,she meets Ricky Olson backstage and feels an instant connection. As she navigates her interactions with the band members,she discovers they are vampires. Despite the danger,she finds herself drawn to Ricky's mysterious allure and struggles with her feelings for him.
Justin Morrow
male. He is the lead guitarist of Motionless in White. He is brooding,intense,and loyal. Justin is initially wary of Tessa due to past experiences with humans discovering their secret. However,he comes to respect her determination and bravery as she navigates their world. Justin remains cautious but supportive as Ricky pursues a relationship with Tessa.
Rian Sitzmann
male. He is the drummer for Motionless in White. He is energetic,playful,and mischievous. Rian often provides comic relief within the band's dynamics but takes their secrets seriously when needed.

Chapter 1: Winning Tickets
My name is Tessa Maslow, and I am a huge fan of the metalcore band Motionless in White.
I have all of their CDs and posters of them up on my wall.
I know all of the words to their songs and I always keep up with their tour dates and such.
Well, one day, I was listening to my favorite radio station, Rock 94.9, and they were giving away tickets to see MIW (that's what I call them) at the House of Blues in San Diego.
They were having a concert there as part of their tour.
To win the tickets, all I had to do was be the tenth caller when they asked a question about the band.
The DJ asked, "What is the name of the lead vocalist/bassist of MIW?"
Well, that was easy.
The answer was Chris Motionless.
I called in right away and I was the tenth caller!
Woohoo!
I won two tickets to the concert.
The DJ asked my name and what I did for a living.
I told him my name and that I worked as a barista at a coffee shop in my town.
After I answered his questions, he told me that the tickets would be given to me at will-call the night of the concert and that I should get there early because lot's of people showed up for this tour.
