"Hey Ricky, it looks like you have an admirer," Ryan Sitkowski, the lead guitarist of Motionless in White, chuckled as he pointed at a girl standing near the barrier.
I raised an eyebrow and looked in the direction he pointed.
A girl with curly brown hair and a white tank top was headbanging to our music while waving a sign that said "Ricky, I'm obsessed with you."
"Looks like it," I said with a smirk as I strummed the rhythm guitar and sang the colead vocals.
I couldn't deny that it was appealing to have an admirer, especially one who seemed so passionate about our music.
As Motionless in White played our last song, "Eternally Yours," Chris Motionless jumped off the stage for a stage dive.
The crowd erupted into a frenzy, but when he landed on his feet, everything seemed fine until he stumbled and fell on his back.
I felt a jolt of concern as I strummed the final chords of the song while watching him struggle to get up.
Something was wrong.
Chris didn't make mistakes like that.
The show ended with Chris still on the ground, and my concern turned to worry as I saw him struggle to roll over.
