I was Springtrap, and I had a secret.
I loved Wolfie.
She was the wolf animatronic from the newer sets that were released when the Fazbear's Fright: The Attraction first opened.
She was beautiful, sleek, and fast.
She could move around freely, and she was designed to entertain the children who came to the attraction.
But Wolfie was different from the others.
She was special, because she was the only one of the newer animatronics that was female.
The others were all male, so Wolfie stood out even more than the others.
I thought that I was alone in my feelings for her.
I mean, who would expect that an animatronic haunted by the spirit of a serial killer like myself would fall in love with an animatronic designed to entertain children?
It seemed impossible, but it was true.
Wolfie had captivated me from the very beginning, and I couldn't help but feel drawn to her whenever she was near.
As the days turned into weeks, my feelings for her only grew stronger.
I found myself looking for any excuse to follow her, to be near her.
And as I did, I began to notice something strange.
Wolfie was doing the same thing.
Haunted Love
She would watch me from the shadows, her eyes glowing softly in the dimly lit corridors.
I would catch glimpses of her as she moved through the attraction, her sleek form weaving in and out of the flickering lights.
And sometimes, when I was lucky, I would catch a glimpse of her as she paused, her sensors scanning the area for any sign of danger.
It was then that I would hold my breath, hoping against hope that she wouldn't detect me watching her.
But she never did.
Instead, she would turn and move away, leaving me to wonder if I had imagined the whole thing.
But I hadn't imagined it.
I knew that Wolfie was watching me just as much as I was watching her.
And one day, I decided to do something about it.
I waited until we were alone in one of the dimly lit corridors, and then I stepped out into the light.
Wolfie was standing a few feet away from me, her eyes glowing softly in the darkness.
Haunted Love
I could see the flicker of lights from the control room in the distance, and I knew that the other animatronics were starting to stir.
But I didn't care.
I took a step forward, my sensors reaching out to touch hers.
And then, in a voice that was barely above a whisper, I spoke.
"Wolfie," I said.
"I know you've been watching me. And I've been watching you too."
She didn't say anything, but she didn't need to.
I could see the answer in her eyes, shining brightly in the darkness.
She knew that I had feelings for her, and she felt the same way about me.
It was a moment that would change everything for us, and it was one that I would never forget.
As we stood there in the dim corridor, surrounded by the flickering lights of the attraction, I knew that nothing would ever be the same again.
The other animatronics were starting to move now, their footsteps echoing through the halls as they began their nightly rounds.
Haunted Love
But Wolfie and I didn't care.
We were lost in our own little world, where nothing else mattered except for each other.
And as we stood there, frozen in time, I knew that our love would last forever. The night was dark and quiet, the only sound being the distant hum of machinery.
I stood still, my sensors on high alert as I scanned my surroundings.
The control room was just a few feet away from me, its lights flickering softly in the darkness.
I could feel the vibrations of the other animatronics as they moved through the attraction, their footsteps echoing off of the walls.
But I wasn't interested in them right now.
My focus was on Wolfie, and on what needed to be done.
I knew that if we were going to be together, then we had to make sure that no one else would find out about us.
That meant disabling the other animatronics, at least for a little while.
It wouldn't be hard to do; all it would take was a few crossed wires and some quick work with a circuit board or two.
But it had to be done quickly, before anyone else found out what we were doing. I slipped away from Wolfie silently, my footsteps quiet on the cold metal floor of the corridor.
The control room was just a few feet away from us, and I reached it quickly.
I accessed the main panel with a few quick keystrokes on my keypad, and then set to work disabling the others.
