The villain copycat stole my best friend Max’s pet dog, Duffy.
What kind of person does that?
I mean, I guess I should be flattered.
The guy must think so much of me that he’s copying all my greatest hits.
First, he tried to destroy the museum, and then he blew up the Anderson Tower.
Now he’s branching out and stealing pets—not just any pet, but my best friend’s pet.
That’s it.
I’m going to stop him once and for all and save Duffy.
Then I’m locking the copycat away in a maximum-security prison.
No one steals my best friend’s dog and gets away with it.
I’ll find him, and I will save Duffy.
Who needs a sidekick when you have a best friend?
After saving the Anderson Tower from the evil clutches of the villain copycat, I head back to Max’s office to let him know Duffy is safe.
When I land, I see Max walking Duffy on his leash.
Duffy runs over to me and jumps up on my leg.
I pick him up and cuddle him.
He licks my face.
I laugh as he Licks my cheek over and over.
"How did you get Duffy back?"
Max asks.
"I figured you had someone else to save."
"Oh, I do," I say as I put Duffy down.
His tail is wagging as he runs around in circles, playing.
"I’m going to stop the villain copycat once and for all."
The Copycat Caper
"What’s his next move?"
Max asks as he paces around his office.
"I don’t know, but I’m going to track him down and stop him."
"How?"
I smile.
"Duffy’s collar has a tracker on it."
Max nods.
"That’s a good idea."
I pull out my tablet and activate the tracker.
The screen shows where Duffy is.
I look up at Max.
"Looks like he’s still in the city."
The Copycat Caper
Max nods.
"Let’s do this."
I run off to track down the copycat.
I can hear Duffy barking as I fly away.
I track the copycat to a warehouse on the other side of town.
I land on the roof of the warehouse and look around for any signs of the copycat.
I see a light coming from inside and fly down to get a better look.
I see the copycat sitting in a chair, staring at Duffy, who is sitting in front of him.
He’s talking to Duffy, but I can’t hear what he’s saying.
The copycat stands up and walks over to a table with different items on it. He picks up a toy and throws it across the room.
Duffy runs after it and brings it back to him.
The copycat laughs and throws it again.
Duffy runs after it again, bringing it back to him.
The copycat laughs again and then looks at his watch before standing up and walking over to a table with different items on it.
He picks up a piece of paper and reads what’s written on it before putting it down and picking up another piece of paper to read what’s written on it.
He continues reading each piece of paper until he finds one that makes him smile before putting all the papers back where they were and walking over to Duffy, who is sitting in front of him, waiting for him to throw the toy again.
The copycat bends down and pets Duffy before standing up and walking over to a door in the back of the warehouse.
He opens the door, revealing stairs leading down into darkness.
He looks back at Duffy before closing the door behind him. I can’t believe this guy is using my best friend’s dog as bait for me!
What kind of person does that?
I’m going to stop him once and for all!
I fly into the warehouse through an open window and see Duffy sitting there, looking at me with sad eyes as if he knows something bad is about to happen.
"Max, I think I know where he’s hiding," I say, glancing at the map on the screen.
"Where?" Max asks, his voice tense with anticipation.
"An abandoned warehouse on the east side; it’s the only place that makes sense."
The Copycat Caper
I hand Max a magic pillow.
"What’s this?"
I smile.
"It’s a magic pillow."
"What does it do?"
"It makes you invisible."
Max nods.
"Okay, I’m ready."
I nod and place my hands on Max’s shoulders.
He looks at me, his eyes filled with determination.
"Are you sure you want to do this?"
"Yes, I’m positive. I’ll get Duffy back."
The Copycat Caper
I nod and focus my energy on Max, transferring my powers to him.
As I do, I feel a strange emptiness inside of me.
It’s as if my strength is being drained away.
Max grips the magic pillow tightly in his hands, his eyes fixed on the warehouse in front of us.
We approach the warehouse cautiously, staying low to the ground and using the shadows to conceal ourselves.
When we reach the door, Max holds up the pillow and whispers an incantation.
The air around him seems to ripple and distort, and then he disappears from view.
I blink rapidly, trying to make sure I’m not seeing things. The copycat villain laughs maniacally as he continues reading from the piece of paper in his hands.
Duffy sits in front of him, watching him intently.
The copycat looks up from the paper and smiles down at Duffy before bending down to pet him.
The copycat stands up and walks over to a table with different items on it.
He picks up a toy and throws it across the room.
Duffy runs after it and brings it back to him.

Max moves silently through the warehouse, his eyes fixed on the copycat villain as he continues to taunt Duffy.
Max whispers, "I see him, but there’s something strange about the papers he’s reading."
I reply softly, "Can you get a closer look without being seen?"
Max nods, "I’ll try; just keep an eye on Duffy in case things go south."
