He survives by eating a specific plant that grants immunity. He finds Cillum,a young boy,and takes him under his care. Fumalaualpa teaches Cillum survival skills and shares his knowledge of the plant's benefits,hoping to ensure the boy's survival.
Cillum
male. He is a young survivor of the apocalypse. He is curious,resourceful,and determined. Cillum is found by Fumalaualpa after losing his family to the virus. He learns from Fumalaualpa how to survive in the new world and becomes skilled in hunting and gathering food. Cillum forms a bond with Fumalaualpa and seeks to understand the plant's properties to help others potentially survive.
