Yohan is a korean boy student who's in love with his close best friend Koushi, also a boy... He didn't mean to falling in love with him, honesty he tried to eliminate that feeling but there was no way because after all they know everything about the other, EVERYTHING. and a silent day on his house he He comes across a scene that leaves him frozen; his best friend Koushi is reading his diary... and on that diary he writted about THAT feelling.
"Yohan, I’m home."
I heard my best friend, Koushi, call out as he entered the house.
I was in the living room, watching TV and waiting for him to come back from his part-time job.
"Welcome back," I said, turning my head to look at him.
Koushi was tall and had light brown hair that made him look like a prince.
He was the most popular guy in school, and I was just an average guy with dark hair who was always by his side.
We’d been friends since we were kids, and I’d been in love with him for just as long.
I never told anyone how I felt about Koushi, not even my diary.
But one day, Koushi found it and read all of my secret thoughts.
Everything I Never Told You
"Hey, Yohan," Koushi said, flashing me his usual charming smile as he kicked off his shoes.
"Hey," I replied, trying to keep my voice steady. "How was work?"
"Same old, same old," he shrugged, walking over to the couch and plopping down next to me. "Mind if I grab that book you borrowed from me last week? I need it for a project."
"Sure, it's in my room," I said, my heart suddenly racing.
Koushi stood up and made his way down the hallway toward my room.
I tried to focus on the TV, but all I could hear were his footsteps echoing through the house.
Each step felt like a countdown to disaster.
Everything I Never Told You
I clenched my fists, willing myself to stay calm.
A few moments later, a gasp shattered the silence.
My heart stopped.
I jumped up from the couch and sprinted down the hallway.
"Koushi?" I called out, my voice trembling.
I burst into my room and froze.
Koushi was standing by my desk, holding my open diary in his hands.
His eyes were wide with shock as he read the words on the page.
My deepest secret laid bare before him.
"Koushi, I—" My voice caught in my throat.
He looked up at me, confusion and hurt etched across his face.
"Yohan... is this true?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Everything I Never Told You
I opened my mouth to speak, but no words came out.
The silence between us grew heavier with each passing second.
Koushi's grip on the diary tightened before he let it fall to the floor with a thud.
"I can't believe you didn't tell me," he said, his voice breaking.
"Koushi, please," I finally managed to say. "I didn't know how—"
He shook his head, cutting me off.
"No, Yohan. You should have told me."
Tears welled up in his eyes as he turned and stormed out of the room.
"Koushi, wait!" I shouted after him, but it was too late.
Everything I Never Told You
"Koushi, please!" I shouted, my voice breaking.
He kept running, his shoulders shaking with sobs.
The rain poured down, drenching us both and making the pavement slippery.
I pushed myself harder, my feet splashing through puddles.
Finally, I caught up and grabbed his arm.
He yanked it away, turning to face me with red, tear-streaked eyes.
"Why didn't you tell me?" he demanded, his voice raw.
"I was scared," I admitted, my own tears mixing with the rain.
Koushi's expression softened for a moment before hardening again.
"I need time," he said, stepping back.
I watched him walk away, feeling the weight of my unspoken words crushing me.
Everything I Never Told You
The streetlights cast a dim glow on the wet pavement, reflecting off the puddles like tiny mirrors.
The sound of the rain hitting the ground was deafening in the silence that followed Koushi's departure.
I stood there, drenched and shivering, unable to move.
My mind raced with thoughts of what I could have done differently.
But it was too late now.
Koushi's figure grew smaller in the distance until he disappeared around a corner.
I felt a pang of despair as I realized I might have lost him forever.
I turned and walked back home, each step heavier than the last.
The rain continued to pour, soaking through my clothes and chilling me to the bone.
Everything I Never Told You
When I finally reached the house, I stood in front of the door for a moment, gathering my thoughts.
I took a deep breath and pushed it open.
Inside, everything was just as we had left it.
The TV still played softly in the background, and Koushi's shoes were by the door where he had kicked them off earlier.
I walked down the hallway to my room and picked up the diary from where it had fallen on the floor.
The pages were damp from where Koushi's tears had fallen.
I sat on my bed and stared at the open page, reading the words that had changed everything.
My confession of love for Koushi was laid out in black and white.
I closed the diary and placed it back on my desk.
The room felt emptier without Koushi's presence.
Everything I Never Told You
The room was dimly lit by a single lamp, casting long shadows on the walls.
My heart pounded as I stared at the blank sheet of paper before me.
I took a deep breath and began to write.
"Koushi,
I don't know where to start, but I need to tell you everything.
I'm terrified of losing our friendship, and the thought of you walking away forever is unbearable.
I've hidden my feelings for so long because I was scared of what it might do to us.
But now, everything is out in the open, and I can't take it back."
Tears blurred my vision as I wrote, staining the paper with drops of sorrow.
"I never wanted to hurt you.
Seeing you read my diary was like watching my worst nightmare come true.
The pain of seeing you walk away that night has been eating me alive.
Everything I Never Told You
I can't stop replaying that moment in my mind, wondering if there's anything I could have done differently."
I paused, wiping away the tears that continued to fall.
"Koushi, please understand that my feelings for you have always been there, but I didn't want them to ruin what we had.
You mean everything to me, and the thought of losing you is more than I can bear.
I'm begging you to forgive me for not telling you sooner.
I was scared and confused, but that's no excuse for keeping this from you."
My hand shook as I wrote the final lines.
"I hope you can find it in your heart to understand and forgive me.
I don't want to lose you, Koushi.
Please give me a chance to make things right.
Yohan"
I folded the letter carefully and placed it in an envelope.
Sealing it shut, I felt a mix of dread and hope swirling inside me.
I stood up from my desk and walked out of my room, the letter clutched tightly in my hand.
The house was eerily quiet as I made my way to the front door.
Everything I Never Told You
Koushi's shoes were still there, a painful reminder of his absence.
I slipped on my own shoes and stepped outside into the cool night air.
The streets were empty, illuminated by the soft glow of streetlights.
I walked quickly, my footsteps echoing in the silence.
When I reached Koushi's house, I hesitated for a moment before approaching his doorstep.
With trembling hands, I placed the envelope on his doorstep.
I stood there for a moment, staring at it as if willing it to convey all the emotions I couldn't put into words.
Finally, I turned and walked away, each step feeling heavier than the last.
As I made my way back home, a sense of dread settled over me.
But there was also a glimmer of hope.
Maybe this letter would be the first step toward mending our bond.
Maybe Koushi would understand and forgive me.
The night air was crisp and filled with uncertainty.
