The palms of my hands are sweating.

I wipe them on my pants as I walk.

I don't know where I'm going.

I had just stepped out of the conference center to get some fresh air, and now I'm walking through the streets of Mexico City.

The sun is high and the air is thick with humidity, but it's not uncomfortable.

It's actually quite pleasant.

I've been in Mexico City for 2 days and I have to say that I like it here.

The people are nice, the food is good, and the weather is great.

I only have a vague idea of where I am in relation to my hotel, but I'm not really concerned about getting lost.
