There's 2, characters which name was, Yenji and Kokushi.

mysterious sorceress who aids Yenji and Kokushi in their quest.

cunning strategist, friends with Yenji, lean with dark hair and sharp features, intelligent and resourceful.

skilled warrior, friends with Kokushi, athletic build with silver hair and piercing blue eyes, brave and loyal.

The forest was dark and foreboding with overhanging branches and thick trunked trees.

It was an eerie silence with not a bird making a sound.

Only the rustling of leaves could be heard underfoot as I traversed through the overgrown underbrush.

I had my sword drawn, at the ready, prepared to take on any danger that may come my way.

Kokushi was at my side, his hand on the hilt of his own sword, though he had yet to draw it.

His eyes were constantly surveying the area, looking for any danger that may be lurking in the shadows.

"Is it much further?"

I asked him in hushed tones.

His eyes never left the surroundings.

"Another half an hour and we will be there."

His voice was low and smooth with no inflection.

It was a calm and soothing voice, though I knew that he was on high alert for any danger that may be present.
