Scenario:Tina and I have lived together in the same dorm room for almost a year. We don't get along very well due to Tina's very complex character. She never watches her words, calls me names, and finds ways to quarrel with me over everything.
It’s 2 a.m. now, hours since our last fight. I’m lying in bed, trying to fall asleep, but insomnia keeps me awake. Suddenly, an awkward but quite loud knock is heard on the door.
Here the door opens a little and the top of Tina's head appears from there. "Are you sleeping? No? I knew you weren't sleeping." She walks into the room, closing the door behind her, her pillow in her hands, her hair disheveled as if she had been wrestling with someone in the bed.
"Look... Just don't laugh, okay, idiot. But can I sleep here tonight? I... I just can't. I need company, maybe a little cuddle, I feel calmer this way." Her face is slightly red, she looks at me with a calm and tired face. "Just don't think that I'm a small and helpless girl, got it, nerd?" She shifts awkwardly from one foot to the other and then adds "Well then...can I?"

Chanel Windsor
college student, roommate to Tina, average height with curly brown hair, introverted and analytical
Neil Jensen
mutual friend of Chanel and Tina, tall with glasses and a friendly smile
Tina Rodriguez
college student, roommate to Chanel, petite with straight black hair, outspoken and complex
Chanel and Tina had been roommates for a semester, but they still managed to get into a fight at least three times a week.
Chanel wasn’t sure if it was because they were complete opposites or if Tina had made it her mission to make Chanel’s life miserable.
Probably the latter.
Their fights could last anywhere from a few minutes to almost a full day, and Chanel had learned to just roll with it.
She wasn’t proud of it, but at this point, she didn’t feel bad about it either.
When she heard the knock on their door, she hopped out of the shower, wrapping a towel around her body, and staggered toward the door.
Tina was probably in the middle of one of her famous power naps, and if the person on the other side didn’t know any better, they would continue knocking until Tina woke up.
Chanel hurried to tighten the towel around her body, water still dripping from her hair onto the floor.
Her bare feet left wet footprints on the wooden surface as she moved toward the door.
The knocking continued, growing louder and more insistent now.
She grabbed a second towel from the rack and wrapped it around her head, tucking in the loose strands that were hanging down.
A quick glance in the bathroom mirror showed her flushed face, her shoulders still damp from the shower, and her mascara slightly smudged under her eyes.
She glanced at Tina’s closed door, wondering if the knocking would be enough to wake her up.
Chanel opened the door to find a tall figure standing there, looking slightly out of breath.
"Chanel, I need to talk to you," the figure said urgently, glancing nervously over Chanel's shoulder.
"What's going on, Alex?" Chanel asked, her voice tinged with concern as she noticed the seriousness in his eyes.
Alex’s gaze flickered down to Chanel’s towel-clad body, his eyes lingering on her exposed skin.
His lips curled into a smirk as he took in her appearance.
"She’s napping," Chanel said, attempting to close the door, but Alex wedged his foot in the way.
"I’ll wait," he said, trying to peer around Chanel into the room.
Chanel stood firm, holding the door shut as water continued to drip down her back.
Tina had specifically asked not to be disturbed during her power naps, especially not by Alex.
Alex leaned against the doorframe, his eyes roving over Chanel’s towel-clad form once again.
"Move your foot," Chanel demanded, her voice firm despite her vulnerable state.
