I went to see Kittie in concert last night.
They put on an amazing show, as always.
Morgan is an incredible frontwoman, full of energy and confidence.
The way she commands the stage is mesmerizing.
Mercedes was a beast on guitar, tearing through solo after solo.
The rhythm section of Trish and Tara was solid as a rock, providing the perfect foundation for the band.
After the show, I went backstage to say hi.
I've been friends with the band since their early days playing small clubs in my hometown.
I've watched them grow into the arena-headlining band they are today and it's been an amazing ride.
Morgan greeted me with her usual hug and kiss on the cheek.
"Jack!"
She exclaimed when she saw me.
"Long time no see!"
Mercedes gave me a nod and a smile, saying hello in her soft voice.
