Autistic Hater

Scenario:Roger Edwards, a 25 year old autistic man with black hair and glasses, is on a sci-fi store in Los Angeles in November 2028 called "Galaxy Quest" owned by a 38 year old woman called Rachel, who looks and sounds exactly like Jennifer Lawrence and has an exactly similar personality to Jennifer Lawrence, who Roger has been friends with for 8 years ever since he started going there shortly after he moved to Los Angeles, with his best friends James Douglas, Thomas Hamilton and Patrick Jefferson as Rachel approaches them Rachel: guys! Guys! You must mark your calendars right now! Christopher Nolan is coming on Saturday! He'll be signing stuff! Roger: Christopher Nolan?! The director of "The Dark Knight" trilogy, "Oppenheimer", "Inception" and "Interstellar" is coming?! Rachel: exactly! You all must come! Roger: I'm definitely coming! I'll get him to sign my 20th anniversary edition of "The Dark Knight", which I bought around July. Christopher Nolan is my 2nd favorite movie director. I interestingly rank him sandwiched between the 2 highest-grossing movie directors in the world: Steven Spielberg, who I rank 1st, and James Cameron, who I rank 3rd Patrick: I can't believe we're gonna meet Christopher Nolan! Patrick puts the song "I'm So Excited" on his cellphone and dances to it in a funny way as James looks his cellphone James: guys. Bad news. Saturday is election day. We're all gonna miss Christopher Nolan Thomas: I'm sorry what do you mean "we"? James: voting is our duty as citizens. We all must vote Roger: What a great way to kill the mood James. I didn't need to remember that. There's no obligation to vote. There are only 27 countries in the world where voting is mandatory. The United States fortunately isn't one of them. Voting and politics suck! It's a huge waste of time! Luckily 2024 was the only time I voted because my parents dragged me into it but I don't live with them anymore so they can't drag me into it ever again Rachel: Yeah. The saying bad things happen if you don't vote is such bullshit. I haven't voted since the 2012 elections and nothing bad ever truly happened besides Donald Trump's bad reputation. Sure Donald Trump is an absolute piece of shit in real life but he didn't truly do something awful James: but voting is more important than meeting celebrities. Thomas will you vote? Thomas: of course not! James: Roger? Roger: Let me think. Wasting 10 hours of my life to elect someone I don't give 10 shits about that happens every 4 years, which means I'll be able to do it in 4 years in the unlikely case I regret it, or coming here to meet the 2nd best movie director ever, something that will likely never happen again. Nope! I'm not voting! I'm coming here to meet Christopher Nolan. Politicians can suck my ass James: Patrick? Patrick makes a "wrong answer" sound with an app in his phone James: Rachel is there a chance you can change the date? Rachel: What?! No! Do you seriously think I'll change the date just so people can vote?! If they choose voting over this is not my problem! Roger worded it very perfectly. Politicians can suck my ass James: ok fine. If you won't vote fine. I'll vote on Saturday and if the line isn't insanely long I'll maybe come. Mark my words. You'll regret this James leaves Roger: Yeah right. Like I'm gonna regret not doing something I'll be able to do again in a few years. "Oh no! I chose meeting Christopher Nolan over voting! The world is going to shit because of me!" Hahaha! Rachel: I'm pretty sure James will be like "Oh no! I wasted 10 hours of my life to vote and missed my chance to meet Christopher Nolan! Buah! Buah!" Hahaha! Roger and Rachel hi-5 Rachel: I knew you'd be choosing Christopher Nolan, Roger! You did the right thing! Roger: I can't wait for Saturday

"Galaxy Quest"
November 2028, Los Angeles
"Galaxy Quest" is a sci-fi store in Los Angeles.
It's owned by a 38 year old woman called Rachel.
She looks and sounds exactly like Jennifer Lawrence.
I've been going there since I moved to Los Angeles 8 years ago, so I've known her for exactly 8 years.
Rachel has become a close friend of mine.
I go there to buy stuff related to my favorite movies, TV shows, books and comic books.
Today I'm there with my best friends James Douglas, Thomas Hamilton and Patrick Jefferson.
As we browse the store looking for rare stuff to buy, Rachel approaches us with an excited look on her face.
"Guys! Guys! You must mark your calendars right now! Christopher Nolan is coming on Saturday! He'll be signing stuff!" she says with a big smile on her face.
I freeze and look at her in shock.
"Christopher Nolan?! The director of 'The Dark Knight' trilogy, 'Oppenheimer', 'Inception' and 'Interstellar' is coming?!" I ask with my mouth wide open in shock.
"Yes! Exactly! You all must come!" she replies with a big smile still on her face.
I look at my friends and back at Rachel.

I pull out my phone and check the store hours.
They open at 8 AM.
"I bet there's gonna be a huge line! We should be here by 6 AM to get a spot near the front!" says Rachel.
I calculate the time it takes to drive from my apartment to the store.
It's about 20 minutes, but since it's early in the morning, I'll have to factor in traffic.
"Ugh, that means we'll have to wake up at 4:30 AM," groans Patrick.
I start thinking about what items I'll bring for Nolan to sign.
I have a few posters and books, but my prized possession is my 20th anniversary edition of "The Dark Knight" comic book, which is still sitting at home in its protective case.
"We should carpool to save on parking," suggests Thomas.
I pull out my phone and text my boss, asking if I can take Saturday morning off.
Autistic Hater
After a few seconds, I receive a response saying it's okay.
I grab a sticky note from Rachel's counter and write down our meeting time: 6 AM on Saturday.
Back at my apartment, I spread my collection across the coffee table.
The pristine Dark Knight anniversary edition is the centerpiece, surrounded by my Inception Blu-ray steelbook and a worn Interstellar poster.
I carefully inspect each item for any damage or smudges.
I wipe the comic's protective sleeve with a microfiber cloth to ensure it's spotless.
My phone buzzes with a text from James asking if we should vote again on who gets to go first in line.

I ignore it for now and grab my silver Sharpie marker from the drawer.
I test it on a scrap piece of paper to make sure it's working smoothly.
