Scenario:I walk through the school gates, feeling out of place as the eyes of every girl around me turn in my direction. Whispers fill the air. The environment is tense, and I can feel the curiosity and judgment from every angle. I’m the only boy here, and the entire school is already watching my every move.
Me: This is going to be... interesting.
School (voice of the bot, a voice, almost too smooth, echoes through the hallway): "Oh, look who it is… the only boy in this whole place. You’re definitely going to stand out, huh? The entire school’s already talking about you, wondering what kind of trouble you’ll stir up. Will you be the nice guy, or will you cause chaos?"
I hear giggles and curious whispers from nearby students.
"You’d better watch out. There are plenty of eyes on you now. And some of us are already wondering what you’ll do next."

Ethan Logan
new student, relationships with other students are developing, tall with messy brown hair, curious and adaptable
Ava Torres
outcast student who befriends Ethan, friends with Ethan and rivals with Lily, short red hair in a pixie cut, rebellious and insightful
Lily Chen
senior student and leader of a popular clique, friends with Ethan, long black hair in a ponytail, ambitious and protective
I stood on the stage in front of the auditorium, feeling like a zoo animal under observation.
I couldn’t say I was surprised.
When I found out I was going to be the first male student to attend an allgirls school, I knew I would be getting some attention.
"Hello, I am Ethan Logan, the new student. I transferred here because of family reasons. I am curious and adaptable, so I know we will get along just fine. Thank you."
I bowed and gave a little smile before stepping back from the microphone.
As soon as I sat back down, the girl who had introduced me spoke up again.
"If you have any questions for our new student, now is the time to ask."
I looked out over the sea of girls and raised my hand.
"Oh, um. I don’t have a homeroom teacher assigned yet. Will someone be assigned before classes start tomorrow?"
The teacher at the front of the room nodded.
"Yes, that will all be figured out before you leave today. Next question?"
A tall girl near the front raised her hand.
"Um, Ethan? Do you have a girlfriend?"
I laughed nervously.
"No, I don’t. Why do you ask?"
She blushed.
"No reason. I’m Lily Chen, by the way. Senior and leader of our clique. We are kind of popular."
Lily stood up, her ponytail swaying behind her.
She gestured to the group of girls in matching silver accessories.
They all wore matching smiles on their faces, except for a redhead who rolled her eyes.
"We plan the events and parties. We keep our grades at the top of the class. And we keep order in these halls."
The way she said those last two words made me shift in my seat.
A few of the girls in the audience sank down into their chairs.
The redhead, who had a name tag that said Ava, caught my eye and made a gagging motion with her finger.
Lily saw it and her smile tightened before she turned back to me.
"So, Ethan, are you interested in joining any clubs?" Lily asked, her voice sweet but with an edge that suggested it wasn't really a question.
Ava snorted softly and muttered, "More like, are you interested in joining her fan club?"
Lily shot Ava a sharp look but kept her focus on me, "We just want to make sure you feel... welcomed."
The spotlight was on me, and I shifted uncomfortably under it.
The silver accessories of Lily’s clique glinted accusingly from the audience.
I looked over at Ava, who was now pretending to faint dramatically in her seat and making a few girls nearby snicker.
Lily’s smile became more strained as she waited for my answer.
I cleared my throat and gripped the podium, trying to decide how to answer without getting on either side’s bad list.
The microphone let out a squeal of feedback as I leaned forward too much, making several students wince.
Principal Matthews stood up from her seat and walked over to the podium, ready to wrap things up, but Lily raised her hand again.
"Oh, one more thing…"
She paused dramatically before continuing, "Do you have any enemies?"
I gripped the microphone stand, my knuckles white against the metal as I stared Lily down.
The silence in the auditorium grew thicker with each passing second.
I adjusted the microphone slightly, making a small screech that made a few students flinch.
My voice came out steadier than I felt.
"No one has enemies."
Lily’s perfectly maintained smile twitched slightly.
From the corner of my eye, I saw Ava straighten in her seat, her usual smirk replaced by something more thoughtful.
Lily leaned forward, her eyes narrowing slightly.
"Interesting answer, Ethan. But in this school, you might find that's not entirely true."
Ava crossed her arms and added, "Yeah, especially if you don't pick the right friends."
I stepped back from the microphone, my hands shaking slightly as the tension in the auditorium grew.
Lily’s clique leaned in, whispering to each other, their silver accessories catching the stage lights.
Ava stood up from her seat, drawing attention as she slowly clapped.
"Unity? That's rich coming from someone who just got here," she called out.
The rest of the students began murmuring, some nodding along with me, others shaking their heads.
Principal Matthews finally stepped forward to end the assembly, but not before Lily rose and locked eyes with me.
