Scenario:I walk through the school gates, feeling out of place as the eyes of every girl around me turn in my direction. Whispers fill the air. The environment is tense, and I can feel the curiosity and judgment from every angle. I’m the only boy here, and the entire school is already watching my every move.
Me: This is going to be... interesting.
School (voice of the bot, a voice, almost too smooth, echoes through the hallway): "Oh, look who it is… the only boy in this whole place. You’re definitely going to stand out, huh? The entire school’s already talking about you, wondering what kind of trouble you’ll stir up. Will you be the nice guy, or will you cause chaos?"
I hear giggles and curious whispers from nearby students.
"You’d better watch out. There are plenty of eyes on you now. And some of us are already wondering what you’ll do next."

Ethan Logan
new student, relationships with other students are developing, tall with messy brown hair, curious and adaptable
Ava Torres
outcast student who befriends Ethan, friends with Ethan and rivals with Lily, short red hair in a pixie cut, rebellious and insightful
Lily Chen
senior student and leader of a popular clique, friends with Ethan, long black hair in a ponytail, ambitious and protective
"Uh, hi?"
I stood in the middle of the hallway, surrounded by rows and rows of lockers.
The entire student body had crowded around me the moment I stepped out of my first class.
I had no idea why.
I mean, I was the new kid.
I was sure they got enough of those.
"Hi," one of the braver girls said.
She had long black hair tied up in a ponytail.
"Are you the new student?"
"Yeah."
I stuck out my hand.
"My name is Ethan Logan."
The girl’s eyes widened.
She stared at my hand for a few moments before she shook it.
"I'm Lily Chen. Welcome to Monroe Street. We don't get a lot of new students, especially boys."
"Thanks."
I grinned and dropped her hand.
"So, what brings you to class so early?"
It was a little after eight in the morning.
Classes didn't start until nine, but my mom had dropped me off early since she had a meeting at work.
Lily blinked.
"Uh, we didn't have class yet. We were just waiting for it to start."
"Oh."
I nodded and looked around at the sea of girls surrounding me.
There had to be at least a hundred of them, and they all stared at me with that same curious expression.
Did none of them have classes to attend?
"Uh, I couldn't sleep, so I figured I might as well get here early."
I leaned against one of the lockers behind me.
"Besides, I've never been to an all-girls' school before. I guess I wanted to see what it was all about."
Lily laughed.
"Well, you've certainly gotten a good view of what we're like. So far, does it seem very different from your last school?"
She took a step closer.
"Yeah," I said with a grin.
"I'm pretty sure there were more guys than girls at my old school."
The girls around us giggled and whispered behind their hands.
I tried not to notice how awkward this whole thing was.
I mean, what were they all staring at?
I was just a guy.
A guy who hadn't showered that morning and had probably eaten his weight in sugar for breakfast.
Not exactly the most attractive specimen. "I can imagine," Lily said.
"I bet you're going to have a hard time adjusting. It's not every day you find yourself surrounded by a horde of teenage girls."
She grinned mischievously.
"I'm sure you'll learn to deal with it. You're definitely cute enough to catch a few of our attentions."
My face grew hot as the girls around us giggled even harder.
"Uh, thanks?"
I wasn't sure how to respond to that kind of comment.
"I'm sure it'll take some getting used to," Lily continued, "but don't worry. We'll make sure you settle in okay. It's not every day we get a new student, and definitely not a boy."
She glanced over her shoulder at the crowd of girls surrounding us and rolled her eyes.
"It's almost as if they've never seen a boy before." I followed her gaze and noticed one girl pushing through the crowd towards us.
She was short—only about five foot—and had bright red hair tied up in two little pigtails on either side of her head.
She rolled her eyes as she passed by the other girls, who were still staring at me like I was some sort of alien creature that had just dropped down from outer space.
"Great," the girl muttered as she pushed past Lily and stopped a few feet away from us.
"Are you all quite finished?"
She crossed her arms over her chest and glared at the rest of the students around us.
"Can we please get on with our day?"
Lily turned around and frowned at the girl's back.
Lily raised an eyebrow, smirking slightly.
"Looks like you've met our resident hall monitor, Emma."
Emma huffed, her eyes narrowing.
"Someone has to keep things moving around here, especially when there's a distraction like you."
I leaned against the wall and tried to ignore the way Lily was flirting with me.
It wasn't like I was interested, but I didn't want to be rude either.
The crowd of girls around us hadn't moved an inch.
Instead, they had all pulled out their phones and were recording our conversation.
I glanced over at Emma, who still glared at me from a few feet away.
"Hey," Lily said.
She took another step closer and tilted her head to the side.
"So, what brings a guy like you here?"
She was fishing for personal details.
I could tell by the way she grinned up at me.
"I'm sure we'd all love to know."
I shrugged, feeling trapped between her flirting and Emma's hostility.
"I don't know. I just moved here over the weekend. I guess I'll see how it goes."
"Oh," she said.
Her ponytail swished behind her as she nodded.
"Well, we'll have to see about that. Maybe you can tell us more about yourself later?" "Yeah," I said automatically.
"Maybe."
I didn't want to sound rude, but I had no idea why this girl wanted to know so much about me.
She was cute and all, but she was definitely not my type.
The hallway went dead silent for a few moments before I heard a giggle from one of the girls in the crowd behind us.
"What?"I asked without thinking.
"If you like me so much just date me haha anyway what's up?"
I immediately regretted saying that out loud.
Emma's face turned bright red as she stared at me in horror.
The bell rang, breaking the tension and scattering the crowd like leaves in the wind.
I leaned against the wall and shifted uncomfortably.
Lily's fingers lingered on my arm as she stared up at me.
The hallway had almost cleared out, but a few of the girls still hung around, watching us from a distance.
Emma stood at her locker a few feet away, shoving books inside aggressively and shooting us disapproving glances every now and then.
"I should probably go check in with the office about my schedule," I said, pulling my arm away from Lily's grip.
"Oh," she said, her smile faltering for a moment.
"Think about it," she said with a wink before she turned and walked away.
I watched her go for a moment before I walked off in the opposite direction.
I ducked into an empty classroom to avoid any more stares.
I leaned against one of the desks and tried to catch my breath.
Footsteps echoed down the hallway outside, growing louder with every passing second.
I straightened up, expecting Lily to come walking in and continue her flirting.
Instead, Emma stood in the doorway, her earlier hostility replaced by hesitation.
She glanced over her shoulder before she stepped inside, closing the door quietly behind her.
The latch clicked into place, echoing through the silent room.
Her fingers fidgeted with the edge of her uniform sweater as she took a few steps closer.
I straightened up, unsure whether I was about to get another lecture or something else entirely.
I gripped the edge of the desk, bracing myself for whatever came next.
Her footsteps paused a few feet away as she glanced back over her shoulder again.
Through the window, I saw a few students walking by in the hallway outside.
A few of them peered through the window curiously before hurrying off again.
Emma cleared her throat and took a few more steps closer.
She stopped a few feet away from me and opened her mouth to speak.
Instead, she closed it again and stared at me uncertainly.
The room seemed smaller with every passing second as we stood there in silence.
Finally, she took a deep breath and pulled a crumpled paper from her pocket.
She held it out to me, her hand shaking slightly.
"Read it," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
I took the paper, smoothing it out as I glanced at her.
"It's from your brother," she added, eyes locked on mine, revealing a vulnerability I hadn't seen before.
