He introduces himself and explains their world. Kanao brings Akame back to his gang, where she meets other figures like Jello and Rique. Despite their rough exterior, they show warmth and acceptance towards Akame, supporting her transition back to humanity.

I looked around and saw a figure far away from me walking toward me.

As it came closer, I could see its features clearly.
"You are a demon," I said, surprised.
"Yes, that's correct," the demon replied.
"And you are…"
The demon looked at me with confusion, not knowing what I was.
"I am Akame."
"Akame? That's a strange name. What kind of creature are you? A bird? A beast?"
"No, I'm human."
"A human? Impossible! There is no human left in this world!"
My hand instinctively moves to Musarame's hilt as I assess the demon before me.
The creature's eyes widen at my sword's movement, its posture shifting from casual curiosity to combat readiness.
I notice its muscles tensing, claws extending from its fingers.
The forest around us grows quieter, as if nature itself senses the impending conflict.
With practiced precision, I draw Musarame from its sheath, the blade gleaming in the filtered sunlight.

Leaning closer to examine the portal marking, I noticed the map begin to glow faintly.
