Simon Seville
intelligent and responsible Chipmunk,brother to Alvin and Theodore,wears glasses and has a blue hat,smart and cautious.
Theodore Seville
lovable and naive Chipmunk,brother to Alvin and Simon,wears a green hat and is chubbycheeked,gentle and optimistic.
ALVIN'S POINT OF VIEW
The three of us stood in front of our beloved treehouse, each of us lost in thought.
This was it.
The day they were taking our home.
A tear rolled down Theodore's chubby cheek as he clutched his favorite ball, the one he'd found in the park and had kept with him ever since.
"Can't we do something, Alvin?"
Simon adjusted his glasses and turned to me.
I gritted my teeth, not wanting to show how scared I was feeling.
"We've done everything we can, Teddy. We've talked to Mr. Seville, we've talked to the city, even Dave tried talking to them. They won't listen."
I looked up at our tree, so full of life with all our inventions and all our memories.
It felt like they were taking a part of us away.
